7 Principles of reaping what you sow
Revelation (63) The seven principles of reaping what you sow (Revelation 14:14-20)
< 7 principles of reaping what you sow >
At the final harvest judgment, the Lord harvests the faithful saints with the sickle of love and gathers them as wheat (verses 14-16). Then he judges with the sickle of wrath through the angels (verses 17-19). Eventually, the blood of those who were judged flowed out and reached their bridles (about 150 cm), and the blood spread to 1600 stadia (about 298 km) (verse 20). Although God is a God of love, He is a God of justice who sometimes judges terribly. He makes sure to reap what you sow. In order to be well versed in the principle of reaping what you sow, you need to be familiar with the following seven principles.
1. Seed Principle
When you plant beans, you get beans, and when you plant red beans, you get beans. If you sow good, it will come back as good things, and if you sow evil, it will come back as bad things. Some people complain and complain that they only reap bitter fruits without thinking about what they sow. But you reap what you sow. Don't worry too much about your children's future. If you instill the values of faith in your children, God will surely take care of them.
2. Principle of Quantity
If you sow much, you will reap much; if you sow little, you will reap little. Those who attend the Sunday worship service only once and those who attend the morning worship service every day do not reap the same benefits. Also, those who have dedicated themselves to death for the Lord and those who have enjoyed church life will not be able to reap the same. God makes you reap what you sow. If you remember that principle and live your life with sincerity rather than greed, you will witness a strange fact. It is the fact that there is grace that allows you to reap more than what you sow.
3. The principle of sincerity
Although the principle of quantity is a basic principle, it does not always apply correctly. In other words, it is not always good to plant a lot. When planting, you need to pay attention to it and give it love and attention. Ultimately, planting is not only planting seeds, but also planting love and devotion. Some people seem to do everything alone for the church. It looks like a lot of planting. However, if you constantly complain while working, the precious meaning of what you sowed will be tarnished, and your service will not return to blessings and grace in the end.
4. The principle of waiting
It may take a long time to harvest the fruit. Sometimes parents sow, but children reap. Also, our devotion may lift our children out of the swamp of death in the distant future. One day, one of my children was crooked, so I prayed every morning for the sake of my children, which I never thought I would do in my life. However, I immediately gave up on prayer because my children did not change even after praying for a full moon. How often is that? After doing something good, people want it to work right away, but there are no magic seeds in this world that produce fruit right away.
5. The Principle of Opportunity
Every week has a time and a chance. The same goes for sowing seeds. There is a time to sow, and a time to cultivate, and a time to reap. For the saints, the time to be on this earth is the time to sow seeds. After you leave this land, you cannot change what you plant on this land. As you sow on this earth, you will be judged before God and you will be rewarded accordingly. As such, life is only given once, so it should be used wisely.
6. The Principle of Grace
7. The principle of sharing
Believers should always try to share with others what they have earned through hard work. If you are interested in ‘receiving’, you will not receive more, and if you are interested in ‘sharing’, you will receive more. The Dark Ages of the Middle Ages came not because there were no church members, but because of the abundance of religious people without sharing. Just as when you give a bouquet of flowers to others, the scent of the hand that gives the bouquet first gets on you, when you give out ingredients for happiness to others, you become happy first. Therefore, if you want to become a happy rich man, find an opportunity to share and share it secretly.
