Title: Father's Tears (Mark 15:16-39)
Contents
As someone once said, "He who has never experienced the death of a loved one in his arms cannot truly understand the pain of death."
This morning of suffering, Jesus died on the cross to bear the sins of all people in the world! Since dawn, the sky has been dark and it has been raining continuously with strong winds.
Even on that day 2000 years ago, from noon to 3:00 p.m., the whole land became a dark heaven, and the veil of the temple was torn in two, the earth shook, the tombs were opened, and strange things occurred.
Your Beloved Son, innocent and innocent, Your Beloved Son, Jesus, your only begotten Son, full of filthy and ugly greed, wretchedly ridiculed and scorned by vile and mean men whose dignity is insignificant of human dignity. Aren't these the father's screams and tears, who had to watch him be slapped, slapped, spit on, and finally nailed to the cursed cross to which terrible murderers and heinous robbers had to run?
Because I couldn't see with my eyes open, God closed his eyes to the world, so for three hours this world must have been a dark heaven.
Because he hugged his torn heart and cried out in weeping, the veil of the temple must have been torn in two and the ground torn and torn.
We may forget the cross again after Holy Week is over.
It may be that we think of the sufferings of Jesus only during the Holy Week every year.
God! Call us every day to Golgotha Hill!
Call us daily to Pilate's court, to Golgotha Hill, to the Valley of the Skull, so that we may not forget the cross of the Lord.
Because the cross gave me life.
Because the cross is the force that keeps me alive.
How can words express the Lord's love?
How could I understand the father's tears and screams?
I can't express it in words... I can't understand this with my heart, but...
Thank you so much though. And I really love you.
