Title: Father, let this cup pass from me!
Today is Easter Sunday, and many churches are holding events about the resurrection of Jesus. Among them, the sacrament meeting is not to be missed. The Christian communion commemorates the Lord's Supper by sharing wine and bread, which symbolize the blood and flesh of Jesus. However, this is only a model to the last.
So, how long should this event go on? This will continue until Jesus comes back to earth. Because Jesus said so too. So, what will happen when Jesus comes to this earth again? Christian communion is no longer necessary.
This proves that Christians are still living under the law. Because the fact that Christians still continue to share wine and bread, which symbolizes the blood and flesh of Jesus, is proof that Christians are still not perfect. In other words, it is proof that no Christian has yet reached full salvation.
If so, then all the worship services offered by Christians in churches today are just models. This is because it is the same reason as when the Jews went to the temple in Jerusalem and slaughtered cattle and sheep to offer sacrifices (worship) before God. Christians today will know better that the sacrifices they offered were only a type of symbolizing the coming Christ.
If that is the case, it means that none of the Christians have attained full salvation today by calling on the name of Jesus and offering worship services as a model under a hand-made building. Christians, too, must believe in the Son God will send before the Gentiles in order to enter full salvation. When the Son of God comes even before Christians, formal worship such as the Lord's Supper will no longer be necessary.
And what Christians should not be deceived by themselves is that there are people who fast from the week before Easter because it is called Passion Week, meaning that they participate in the suffering of Jesus together. do. Or, there are those who say that it is Holy Week and have a reverent heart.
And most people participate in suffering by commemorating the deeds leading up to Jesus' crucifixion, expressing compassion for Jesus' death, or mourning together thinking about how painful Jesus must have been when he was crucified. think to do
But these are people who have no idea what Jesus' suffering means. In our proverb, “There is a saying that you can know the depths of the water, but you can’t understand the people on the way.” In other words, I can't really know what's going on in that person unless I go into that person myself.
In the same vein, in order for us to fully understand how painful and painful the sufferings Jesus suffered, we must also go through the same sufferings like Jesus did. It is only the surface of the watermelon that people who have never experienced the sufferings of Jesus are talking about.
The way we participate in the sufferings of Jesus is to really go into the pain of giving up on ourselves. Jesus is the Son of God and the Savior who came to forgive the sins of mankind. And he is completely innocent. Nevertheless, humans (sinners) ridiculed him, spit on him, and pointed at him.
From the point of view of Jesus, what could be more injustice than this? That is why Jesus, too, felt that death was so painful that he pleaded with a close cry, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me.” But Jesus immediately turned his heart and said, “Nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will!” He turned around and shed tears of blood.
If you did nothing wrong today, you framed yourselves unfairly, gave you embarrassment in front of many people because you were ugly, and even pointed your finger at you for being an idiot, and bullying you saying that you will not do business with them because you are ignorant. ! What would you guys think then? Perhaps you want to kill the other person, or you want to kill yourself.
But imagine that you have been subjected to such a terrible thing for months, not just a day or two, in a situation where you can't even retaliate against your opponent! If it is ten, then ten, if it is one hundred, all people will want to escape unconditionally in such a situation. However, if you are in a situation where you can't escape at will, and you can't even if you want to die, you probably can't express the pain in words.
This is the way we share in the sufferings of Jesus today. Only those who have experienced such extreme suffering can tell what the sufferings of Jesus are like, and only those who have experienced such suffering can understand how Jesus felt at the time. And only those who have suffered such suffering will be reborn as Jesus Christ. That is why only such people can become disciples of Jesus and children of God.
However, it is absurd for those who have never experienced this kind of process to say that they will participate in the suffering of Jesus by setting a Passion Week. Most of these people live only with their mouths and only talk about the sufferings of Jesus, but in reality, they do not know anything about the sufferings of Jesus. That is why they say that they will speak easily and easily participate in suffering.
Such people, of course, have no right to speak about the cross of Jesus. How can a person who has never experienced the suffering of the cross speak of the suffering of the cross? Jesus also said to the Pharisees who put their knowledge first, “They are people who talk only and do not lift a finger. They say that they listen to what they say and obey it, but do not imitate their actions.” Those who preach the word in the church are also people who only talk fluently and do not give up on themselves.
Those who live under the model today are those who have never experienced this kind of hardship. Anyone who has ever gone through this kind of suffering cannot speak freely about the sufferings of Jesus. Because the pain is far more cruel and painful than we think. Those who have suffered such suffering are those who have been reborn as Christ.
Such suffering does not come to anyone. It is a gift of grace that God gives only to specially chosen people. It is not easy for ordinary people to pass this exam. They put it in a furnace over 1,000 degrees Celsius and remove all kinds of impurities, because it is not easy for ordinary people to endure. However, the people chosen by God's grace are made of 99.99% pure gold only after going through this refinement process.
The Son of God, who will come before Christians in the future, will only appear in front of Christians after going through this kind of refinement. Perhaps God is already making such a person. When he comes, Christian communion will be abolished, and hand-built chapels will no longer be needed.
When He comes, those who have suffered from all kinds of persecution and coldness will receive great comfort from the Lord. You will pay the price. -He who has ears, let him hear and understand!-
