People these days seem too tired to work. I go to work in the morning and leave in the morning. Therefore, it is the appearance of modern people that they are tired, exhausted, so they want to rest, they do not want to think, they prefer to enjoy rather than complicated things, and to find comfortable things. Even those who are self-employed can see that the work is not so easy and it is difficult to run it. So you get stressed, you have a hard time, and your nerves are sharp. Since everyone is working hard, it seems that they are thirsty and searching for things to please them.
As a result, things that are developing these days are entertainment, games, and things to enjoy. Those things aren't bad in themselves, but because modern people's stress is so strong, just having fun and having fun isn't enough, so you like things that are more exhilarating, more thrilling, faster, and more radical. I guess it's not people these days who play games that experience almost death. Thousands of roads Falling from the air and spinning around is bland, so it is cool to go back and forth a few laps at a time, and more and more extreme methods are mobilized.
But they don't relieve stress or make life full. They end up demanding things that are more intense, more dangerous, and more destructive, so like drugs, they're bound to end up ruining themselves.
As Christians, we live in the same world, so why can't we have stress, and why don't we get tired? Isn't there more times when you can't even take a break to keep the Sunday? Nevertheless, Christians' way of relieving stress is different from the world. This is the saying, 'Find your joy.'
Not only do people not see the Spirit, but because they do not know the Spirit itself, they do not know the influence of the Spirit that greatly affects their lives. So I'm simply trying to solve the physical problem that is visible. You think that if you please your body, excite your body, and relax your body, all your stress and problems will go away. However, it can make you forget about it for a while, but in the end, you want a bigger stimulus, and a bigger stimulus will bring more danger and eventually lead to destruction.
Today the Lord speaks to us through His Word. Find your joy! It means to love God. It means to love to hear God's word, to be with God, and to do God's will. That is what a person who pleases God looks like. It is to find my joy, not in the flesh and in the world, but in the soul. How can I find my joy?

The power to wash away the wastes of the world's painful life, to be born again as a new spirit, and to go into the world with new power comes from worship. Worship is renewing the spirit and pouring heavenly breath into the soul.
Humans are soul beings. Eating, drinking, and playing are not rest. Rest when you find peace in your soul. Even if you work hard, your spirit and body will enjoy rest when there is joy in the soul. Because human beings are spiritual beings, when the soul gains strength and the soul becomes alive, everything becomes stronger, joyful, and delicious to live.
That is why, at least, we should come to church and offer sincere and sincere worship. We must earnestly sing the hymn that purifies the soul, pray the soul with a sincere heart, and listen to the Word with longing faith. Formal worship, oral hymns, and prayers that list only empty words can create even greater stress on yourself.
Our souls are filled with vitality in worship with all our heart, sincere prayer, and praise with all our strength. When the soul is filled with vitality, the stress of the world disappears, and the energy of new life overflows. God's grace comes down through that channel of faith. Heavenly joy and peace will be contained in that clear soul.
'Lord, I am here. A weary, wounded, defiled body, mind and spirit have come to the Lord.' When you truly open your soul to the Lord, the Lord accepts you, touches you, and heals you.
Your heavy burden, your life's burden, your body's burden,
Lay the burdens of your cares and worries, the agony of competition, and your sins here
Drink from this fountain from which I will never thirst.
This kind of comfort from the Lord overflows in true faith. God's love abounds. Heaven is full of peace. At that time, we will release all the stress and find true rest. That is the grace given in true worship.

Trust in the LORD to do good; dwell in the land and feed on his faithfulness. 37:3

To live by believing only in God means to live by believing only the Word. This is because God's will is contained in the Word and the way of life that God is pleased with is contained in the Word.
Ezekiel had a vision one day. Standing in front of the temple with the angel of God, I saw a large spring of water bursting out of the threshold of the temple and flowing around the altar. The spring water flowed out and became a great river. The water that flows out of the sanctuary becomes a great river with trees on both sides of it, the trees are full of fruits and their leaves are medicine, and wherever the water touches living things flourish, the fish roam, and all the dying things come to life. became the water of life to obtain.
A spring of water flowing from the sanctuary--that is the Word. This word becomes the water of life, and this word becomes the river of grace. People of grace like to drink this spring water. People of grace enjoy swimming in the river of these words. This is because the Word is the fountain of grace that revitalizes the soul and the fountain of healing.
As Jesus was going through Samaria, he came to Jacob's well. It was midday, and a woman came out to draw water. The woman was a wounded woman. She was a woman abandoned by people. So she hated people and hated the world. He was lonely and sick.
The woman and Jesus had a conversation. We talked about water. Then Jesus said to the woman.
Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again.
Whoever drinks the water I give will never thirst.
The water I give will become in it a spring of water springing up to eternal life. John 4:13-14
The word of God is a spring of water that never thirsts. It is not a temporary expedient, but an eternal spring water that solves the fundamentals of life. It is the living water of the soul. It is the water of life that revives life. This woman drank this water of the Lord, and her wounded and dying soul was brought to life and refreshed. You have gained a new life. The spring water from the sanctuary is the word of God and the spring water that heals the soul. It is living water that saves lives. It is a river of words that changes lives.
I hope that you will become the saints who gain the rejuvenation of their souls by drinking this water every day. I believe that even a soul that is wounded, afflicted, lost and darkened in the world will be abundantly drenched with the living water from the Lord's temple to receive healing and new life.

When you like someone, you like to be with them and you like to talk with them. It doesn't have to be a lot of talk, it's just sitting next to you and communing with your heart will make you happy and happy. That is why those who love God and seek joy in God like to go to God and pray.
Verse 5 of today's text says, 'Commit your way to the Lord, trust in him, and he will do it...'. This is a reference to prayer. The word 'He accomplished it' has the meaning of 'turning it back to...'. I have anxiety within me. I have concerns within me. There is anxiety and doubt in my thoughts. When I sent them back saying, тАЬPlease do these things according to the will of the Lord,тАЭ it means that anxiety and doubt come back to me as a great blessing.
How can I trust and entrust my path to Jehovah? It is possible through prayer. So, those who seek joy will become those who pray. All of the worries people have are about the future. The future is not our time. That's why it's time to leave it to God. The future depends on God. That is why we must pray.
A person who delights in God, a person who loves God, likes to worship, to love the Word, and to pray. These people will confess like this.
The joy you have placed in my heart
more than their grain and new wine is faithful.

In this stressful, hurtful and exhausting wilderness world, what is the way to live a fresh, rejuvenated, joy-filled life? This is how I find my joy. God promises to those who seek joy in this way.
He will make your righteousness shine like the light, and your justice like the noonday light. 37:6
