Title: Finding Jesus
Contents
Let's find Jesus.
In today's text, he received grace by keeping the feasts well, and he came back, but only after one day he found out that there was no child (Jesus). We also received grace at dawn this week. In such a time, there are times when we attend meetings well, receive grace, and go back to lose Jesus. Let's think about whether Hump has not lost Jesus until now! They must become those who seek again the lost image of God.
1 Why did they lose Jesus? (44) It was because they did not know the obvious things as Jesus said (49). This is because they misunderstood while walking and were indifferent to Jesus (44). Also, the surrounding environment was complicated (about 2 million people). We should always think only of Jesus and become believers who pay attention to Jesus.
2. What was the result of losing Jesus? (44-46) Mentally and physically suffered pain followed. became the object of ridicule of people. And time, material, and health are wasted and damaged. Therefore, we must not lose Jesus.
3. To find Jesus? (45) I have to change direction on the road I was on. You must truly turn around (45). Then where to go? You must go to the temple. Even searching for relatives or acquaintances was in vain (44-45). You have to go to the temple to meet them (49). I can't find it in Buddhism or Confucianism.
When we go up (come) to the temple even with our weary bodies, the Lord meets us there, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
We must seek the Lord in the Word (46-47). A day in the palace of the Lord is better than a thousand in the tents of the wicked. The lost Jesus was talking with the teachers in the temple (46-47). I (we) must also find the lost Jesus in the Word.
4. What was the result of finding Jesus? (48, 51) Great joy became full. Anxiety and worries go away Blessings are restored and God is with you.
Let me finish my speech. Dear saints! Have you not lost Jesus until now? Even if we lose everything in the world, let's not lose only Jesus. Just like seeing Jesus again in the temple, I pray that you will be filled with joy, that your blessings will be restored, and that God will always be with you. Hallelujah.
