Isaiah prophesied the destruction of his homeland, Judah, when it was peaceful and strong.
The 'warning about the ideal valley' refers to this. because
1. They did not glorify God through their works.
They fortified Jerusalem, because it was a prosperous city and in which they lived.
Not because it was a holy city and the house of God was in it. Our purpose in defending the church must be in the interests of God rather than in our own interests.
When you use the church of God for your own gain or rights, you will be disciplined by God.
2. They did not rely on him to receive God's blessings, and they did not feel the need to do so.
Therefore, they did not seek him for it, but thought that their strength and wiles were sufficient.
How are we today? How much do you really value God's blessings and depend on the Lord to receive God's blessings, and how much do you feel the need to do so?
3. They did not thank God for fortifying their city.
Whatever is in nature, we must acknowledge the goodness of God in it.
When God has been managing nature's work from time immemorial, He has made it suitable for us. therefore
Whatever it may be to us, we should fear the God who manages it.
For that, we should praise God.
4 The punishment that mankind most fears and cannot avoid is the punishment for sin that comes from God and the reward that the wicked receive. No matter how skillful a person may be, the Lord
There is no other way for him to do anything about the works he does. Therefore, one can turn away from sin and
telling you to leave.
Texts 12-14 teach the way to avoid punishment.

2) We must listen to the voice of the Lord.- The holy life that we must pursue and fully possible is the best life to hear and obey the voice of the Lord. Anyone who wants to participate in the Lord's promise must strive to obey.
Only when our faith is confessed in the language of life can we be recognized by the Lord.
3) You must fear sin.- To those who ignored your warning and mocked you, the Lord said that their sins would not be forgiven until death.
We must bear in mind that there is no room for sympathy for the miserable fate of those who refuse.
