2). God's elect to be raised (15)
※ The king must be appointed by God.
※ God is interested in obeying His Word and commandments.
※ God allows to appoint a king, but when choosing a king, you must seek God's decision.
※ King's condition (15)

※ We must rely only on God, not on the military.
* Victory over enemies can only be obtained in God.
2). Do not have many wives. (17)
※ Do not pursue pleasure by having many wives or rely on alliances.
※ Many wives will take away the king's affection for God.
* For safety in the threat of war or danger, it is forbidden to marry the king's moon or relatives.
3). We should not covet or depend on wealth. (17)
※ Economic prosperity can make people independent and thus forget God.
※ The king must depend on God, not on economic prosperity.
4). The king must record a copy of the law. (18)
※ To copy the law means to study and learn the Word of God and to rule the people as God has instructed.
※ When you ascend to the throne, you must copy this book of laws.
* A king may already exist, and there is already a book of the law in Israel, but if he ascends to power, he must write it directly in the book in front of the priest.
* It is a command to write, read, and act as it is.

(1) You will be a good leader. (20)
※ Selfishness, greed, and momentary emotions will not rule.
※ We will not use our power to pursue profit or power.
※ He will serve people.
* He will try to build a more complete society to meet more of the needs of the people.
(2) Be wary of mistreating the people. (20)
※ He realizes that he exists for the people, not the people for himself.
(3) The throne of him and his descendants will be long. (20)
※ This law is conditional. The king must learn the law and rule according to the law.
