Word: Even in Israeli society, there were watchmen to protect the world. Watchman, there is a saying that asked, What time is it now at night? As these guards block enemies from outside and establish social order, we were able to live in a healthy society. Today, we hope that it will be a family worship service where we pray and worship for those who work hard for our lives. Today is a special Lunar New Year, the first day of the new year. One idea at this point is that the government should abolish double taxation.
No matter what political intentions the government has, it has not been able to fix double taxation. Even if this Lunar New Year is good, it is a folk day, so you can give it a vacation, make rice cakes, and say hello in hanbok, but this day should not be regarded as a New Year's Day. Almost a month has passed since the beginning of the new year on the 22nd, but it is actually contradictory to say that it is the first day of the new year. Even if you don't get the votes politically, the president or the National Assembly should fix this quickly. If we say we are going side by side with the world, I think we have to keep the theocracy and do it like the world. So is the Korean church. When it comes to building a nation of faith, it is more biblical to focus on the solar calendar than on the lunar calendar. If we say that we are creating a Christian culture according to God's will, I think we will have to work hard to abolish the Lunar New Year and welcome the New Year into the new year.
The young people who protect the country are guarding the Armistice Line. Please pray for them. Police families are still working hard for social security. They work around the clock to keep policing. Firefighters are working hard for the fire. And workers run machines in factories. Around the clock, they work to keep the factory lights on. In the church, there are many people who keep the night and pray all night with the heart not to put out the lamp. Through their hard work and dedication, a society is maintained and a nation is maintained. Through their hard work and dedication, this society is gaining strength and maintaining peace. We should encourage them to live well and pray for them to work with a special sense of mission and pride.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, please remember and bless the servants who work hard for peace, justice and life on this cold day to protect our homes, workplaces, society, our country, and the world. Please bless the children born into such families so that they can grow up with great pride and mission. We pray in the name of our Jesus. Amen.
