And I thought I could go back to Eden if I just follow that water and go back.
Brothers and sisters, it is right here that a few words of Jesus come to mind.
[John 4] [10] Jesus answered and said to them, "If you believe in the gift of God

There is no mention of Jesus drinking water in this text.
Rather, it shows that Jesus is the source of living water.

If you are thirsty, let him come to me and drink. [38] He who believes in me, as the scripture
Rivers of living water will flow out of it.”
Here again, we are saying that Jesus, who can give us living water, is God Himself. At that time, these words were spoken at the end of the Feast of Tabernacles. At that time, Jews had a ceremony to pour water from the pool of Siloam and pour it into the temple.
It was a ceremony to pray for the coming of the Holy Spirit.
But Jesus, who was aware of this tradition, said to the Jews who also knew
That's what you said.
That is, living water, the Holy Spirit, comes from you.
Also in the Bible, there is a scene of meeting God at a well.
So was the woman of Sychar, and Hagar, Abraham's concubine, also Beersheba.
In other words, you will meet God at the well of the seven wells.
In addition, in Ezekiel 47, living water comes out of the threshold of the temple,
In Revelation 22, living water flows from the throne of the temple.
These are the words that have a spiritual connection with the rivers of the Garden of Eden.
However, in Genesis, it is said that He created a garden in “Eden” “of the East”.
There are two Hebrew words for East here.
These are the words ‘mizraha’ and ‘cadim’.
Mizraha means the east side of the sunrise, and ‘Kedim’ means ‘one’, the first source.

In the text of Genesis, the word chedim is used.
So, the Garden of Eden is not simply in the East, but in one God who is the source of the universe.
It means to create.
The word Eden also means ‘joy’, and our human life is filled with joy and happiness.

The question is whether the four rivers flow into my home, church, or life.
Dear saints, are you drinking from the river of Eden?
That river means the Holy Spirit.
In John 7, it is said that living water refers to the Holy Spirit.
What the church really needs today is the filling of the Holy Spirit.
In Ezekiel 47, living water flowed out of the threshold of the temple and flowed into rivers into the sea.
Where the river flows, trees will grow and bear fruit, and the sea water will regenerate.
Fish will live, and fishermen will stand on the seashore.
He also said that the fruits of the trees will be edible, and the leaves of the trees will be medicinal.
The saints are like sweet fruits to their neighbors in this world and heal them.
It is said that it should be a medicinal ingredient.
But where is the present status of our Korean Christians' faith these days?
Several celebrities known as Christians have committed suicide.
Meaningful Christians are lamenting this fact.
