Title: Fragrant Saints' Prayer (Ex 30:34-38)
Contents
The prophet Samuel said in 1 Samuel 12:23, “I will never commit the sin of ceasing to pray before the Lord.” In Matthew 26:40, the Lord says, "Couldn't you have stayed awake like this for an hour with me?" This is a word about prayer. We look forward to becoming victors in prayer in 2005. Students are burdened with their studies. However, it is a burden that students must bear. As such, there are several burdens to bear in the life of a believer. One of them is the burden of prayer. We cannot win the life of faith without digesting the burden of prayer. Without the burden of prayer, the church, ministry, and personal life cannot be victorious. As such, the importance of prayer cannot be emphasized enough.
Today, I would like to share grace with you about the essence of prayer in the background of the tabernacle, which is centered on the book of Exodus in the Old Testament.
First: The incense of the incense altar is not just a simple incense, but it symbolizes the powerful prayers of the saints.
Second: The feature of the tabernacle's utensils is that they face each other.
The characteristic of the tabernacle's utensils is that they face each other. This means that they influence and influence each other. In the church, there must be the work of the Word, the work of the Holy Spirit, and the work of prayer. In order to become the perfect table of bread, the Word, there must be the work of the Holy Spirit on the Word. Only the presence of the Holy Spirit can make the Word spoken. Another thing is that the rice cake table is influenced by the altar of incense. When the prayers of the saints are alive together with the work of the Holy Spirit, the Word becomes the Word and becomes power. The golden lighthouse is influenced by rice cakes and incense altars. The work of the Holy Spirit must be revealed only through the Word and prayer. There cannot be any work of the Holy Spirit beyond the Word. Also, the work of the Holy Spirit is that power is transmitted only through prayer. Another incense altar is influenced by the lighthouse and the bread table. It must be a prayer led by the Holy Spirit. The prayer must be based on the Word. The prayer of power is the work of the Holy Spirit. Discerning prayer is possible only in the Word. Faith is a balance.
Third: The incense of the incense altar refers to the prayers of the saints.
conclusion:
God tells us to mix these incense ingredients well and add salt to make it holy. Salt symbolizes the covenant. The Hebrews sprinkled salt on their promises. We sprinkle salt so that it does not burn uncleanly. Therefore, when you pray, hold onto the word of the covenant God has given you and pray. They sanctify it with salt, and this is the sanctification of prayer. Samuel confesses in 30:8 that he will not commit the sin of ceasing to pray. Prayer is a spiritual stream. And it's a spiritual battle. Above all, God is commanding us to pray and ask for help. Just as there was an altar of incense in the tabernacle to remove all odors and problems, I pray that the incense of prayer will burn in our lives in 2005.
