Title: From nothing to you!

Romans 4:17 From nothing to oil
I don't know how advanced biotechnology is these days. The era of creating humans with one tiny cell has come. What's more, it can even create replicas that look the same. Furthermore, it is said that sooner or later, the era of customizable humans will come. There is a risk that human dignity may be compromised.
A proud scientist who said that even humans can make it like this has challenged God. "God, let's have a contest to see who can make humans more beautiful." God smiled and entered the game. First, God created man. “The Lord God who molded man out of the dust and breathed life into his nostrils…” God created Adam and Eve with beautiful appearances.
The scientist laughed to himself as he saw the human form God had made. "Oh, you're not even stylish!" The scientist was convinced that he could make humans more beautiful, more handsome, and more sophisticated. And scientists began to shape people out of the soil. God, who was watching from the side, spoke. "Baby, why are you trying to make with someone else's soil? Use your own."
Scientists are confused. He brought nothing into this land. Everything he was using had already been made by God. The earth, stones, iron, and cells were all created by God. In other words, human beings were being proud of playing with God's things. Humans brazenly shouted that there is no God while using God's things without paying a single fee.
The first page of the Bible says this in Genesis 1:1. “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” The meaning of 'creation' in this verse does not mean that something was made out of nothing, but something that was made out of nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, our God is not a creation made by anyone, but the Creator God who existed by Himself from the beginning. In Hebrew, 'Jehovah (Yahweh)' means who I am. In English, it's "I am who I am."
When there was absolutely nothing in this world, God cried out. "Let there be light." Then there was light. It is from nothing that yu is born. And God continued to make the sky, the earth, the sun, the moon, the stars, and countless trees and various animals. Also, God sent manna for the Israelites for 40 years in the desert where there was nothing. He is also the One who sent the quails to make the meat get tired for a month, and he gave water from the rock. In other words, our God is the One who makes things out of nothing.
Jesus, too, has the creative power to perform the miracle of feeding 5,000 men in the wilderness of Baeseda with two fish and five barley loaves, leaving twelve baskets left. Jesus gave hope to those who had no hope at all, gave comfort and courage to those who were suffering from sad memories and pain, and made their lives happy by healing countless sick and moaning patients. He even gave life back to those who fell into the despair of death, so that they could live a new life.
Also, the Holy Spirit, who is the third person of the Triune God, comes into our hearts to overcome anxiety and fear and to give us courage and courage. And the Holy Spirit is teaching us and giving us heavenly wisdom and ideas. Even though we are in the valley of the shadow of death, he assures us, "God is with me."
A lot of people say: “I don’t have anything, I can’t, it’s too hard to do, now I’m desperate.” Then, there are those who fall into deep groaning and frustration, and they are driving themselves, their families, and even the church where God lives, into despair. But think carefully. When you and I were born into this world, is there anyone who was born with even a dollar in their hands? Our lives are all about starting from nothing, empty-handed.
Also look at the situation in Korea after the Korean War. Everything was destroyed. The people were gripped by a deep sense of despair. The countries that helped Korea at the time called it a miracle that Korea was able to stand up like it is today. The secret that created the miracle of the Han River and that the Republic of Korea was able to rise from the ruins of war was because there were people among them who cried out for hope and did the work of creation.
In 2 Kings 7, there is this historical true story. The city of Samaria, Israel, was besieged by the Syrian army and ran out of food. Even a bag of flour, which cost a dollar, could not be obtained with ten thousand dollars. He was so hungry that he even ate his young son.
When the king, the servants, and the people were all gripped by despair, Elisha, the servant of God, cried out with great hope. “Tomorrow at this time in the city, there will be another dollar a sack of flour.” Then the commander of the Israeli army taunted Elisha, who cried out for hope. “Hey, if God made a spear in the sky, how could such a thing be?” Then Elisha said: “You will see these things with your own eyes, but you will not eat them.”
In overcoming these difficult difficulties, God did not use Israel's desperate soldiers, desperate scholars, desperate leaders, and desperate kings. He performed a miracle by using the four lepers who shouted out only one glimmer of hope. I went to the Syrian camp with the hope that the four lepers would die if they died. When I saw the Syrian soldiers, they left behind a lot of food, horses, and donkeys, and all ran away.
Because God surprised them with the sound of a great army. In the end, just as Elisha's hope prophesied, a miracle occurred in the city of Samaria, Israel, where a sack of wheat was worth a dollar the next day. The miracle of God's creation took place because there were Elisa and the four lepers who cried out for hope and looked at God's power to create something out of nothing.
Also look at the Israelites who escaped Egypt. The Red Sea is in front, and the Egyptian army is behind them. There are no bridges to cross the red, no boats, no rafts. But God is the One who parted the Red Sea and made a highway in the middle. Also, since the sea has just split, how many fresh sashimi must have been there? The fact that they didn't have a boat or a raft, and that they didn't have a bridge to cross over, became an opportunity to expect God's power of creation, a testimony of praise and thanks, and an opportunity to eat fresh sashimi.
In other words, human despair is hope to God, and human ignorance is God's creation. Everyone, have you ever been in a difficult environment? Are you short on capital? do you have the ability? Are you in a foreign country, so everything is uncertain and you are very worried? Don't worry and believe in God who makes something out of nothing. And bless God and create something out of nothing in this foreign land.
It's been 13 years since I've been here, and I'm approaching 14 years. When I came here in Calgary to plant a church, no one came to meet me at the airport. I had no relatives or friends here. At that time, we had no temple, no cross, no pulpit, and no church sign. But we had a pioneering spirit. Although there is nothing now, I believed that God, who creates things from nothing, will provide them one by one. Because God is a God of creation.
Of course, it is not easy for humans to do the work of creation in the desert where there is nothing. Sometimes you have to go through waves of great adversity and go through many tunnels of despair. But God has His will here, so He established Calgary Full Gospel Central Church and called His people to this place. And he called us to a place equipped with a cross, a pulpit, a sound system, a restaurant, a gym, and all facilities and gave us this beautiful temple today.
And we want to do a new work of creation with God here again. We want to fill this place with people who love God passionately. Souls who are more precious than the world want to come here to believe in Jesus Christ and be saved. Through whom will this happen? This will happen through our members, including myself, who believe in God's creative power and heal.
Dear brothers and sisters, have a pioneering spirit of creation. Create something out of nothing with God. If we abandon the pioneering spirit of creating something out of nothing, we are rejecting God, the creator of creation. And it is to quench the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of creation, and to blaspheme the Lord of the Resurrection. Dear brothers and sisters, do you believe in God and in His creation? And do you believe that He still lives and is among us and will create again for His glory? Then, look at the God of creation, who creates something from nothing, and pray for you to move forward.
