The grace of the Lord is with you (John 1:1-3)
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was with God in the beginning,
3 All things were made through him, and without him nothing was made that was made.
For Christians, prayer is power. The reason prayer is power for us is that we too can experience that power when we pray because God is a God of power. Prayer is also the power to fill the vessel of Christian faith. When we pray, we fill this vessel of faith with power, and when we pray, we fill the spiritual grace that comes from God. When we pray, all wisdom is filled with blessings.
Therefore, those who pray will fill all the vessels of our hearts with answers and blessings with God's grace and power.
Why is this power pouring out on us when we pray, blessings pouring out, and grace pouring out?
Because the Lord is with us.
If we look at the words of John 1:1-3 in today's text,
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
You can see that the Word in the beginning was with God and that He and God the Father created the heavens and the earth and all things together. Who is he soon? It is Jesus who came in a human body. Jesus was the Word who became flesh and came to our midst. He was with God to create God and the heavens and the earth, but it is more important that Jesus is always with us with the Creator God. Why is the Creator important to us? That is why God the Creator is so important to us because he made me, made me, and knows me well.
Therefore, the Lord of creation is always with us and is with us until the end of the world. And I hope you will take care of us and believe that you are the One who does not turn away when your children pray and gives us strength.
So, what kind of life do our saints have? In a word, it is life together. Life is always with the Lord.
The life of our members is not an independent life. He who is bound by sin is always alone. So you feel lonely. No matter how popular a politician is, even if he lives with a lot of people, he is always lonely. No matter how popular a celebrity is, they are lonely. Why? Because life without God is lonely. Because we are with the Lord, with the Holy Spirit, and with the church, we are not lonely even in Africa where there are no Koreans. It's not lonely at all. Even if I don't eat kimchi all year round, I have no desire to eat kimchi and I'm not lonely. Why is that? Who is with you? Because the Lord is with us and the Holy Spirit is with us, there is no loneliness even if 13,000 Korean missionaries are scattered all over the world to testify of the gospel. Even if you live there alone for 5 or 6 years, you will not feel lonely. Why? Because the Lord is with us. Where does human power come from? win the world
And the way to become an eternal victor is power from above. “To him who, according to the power that is working in us, abounding above all that we ask or think, to him in the church and in Christ forever and ever.” We believe that when we live the life of the saints with God in the church, there is no one who will harm us in this world, and we will be victorious in everything we do wherever we go.
Isn't there a character for 'hyup' and 協 for cooperation in Chinese? How is that in Chinese? Gathering strength on the side of the cross. Today, we must not say that we are alone, and we must not be led by the devil and lead a lonely life like a prodigal son. We must always come to the cross and open the window to everyone and eat together with the saints, our neighbors, Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the world. It tastes good when eaten together. If we study together, we can do well. Efficiency increases when we work together. Even walking is not tiring if you walk together.
I once heard such a testimony on a TV show. This person is a police officer, and his wish was to go to the Special Investigation Division of the National Police Agency. Still, it doesn't work as intended. I prayed diligently every morning in prayer, so the Lord was with me and I entered the Special Investigation Division. And I did something special. I caught the robber, so I was immediately promoted and joined the police force gang. Even there, he caught criminals so well that he was selected as the best team out of 300 special teams in the theater, received the Prime Minister's Award, and everyone under him was promoted, and an amazing thing happened. Even if it's hard because I'm in a special class, the police officers can't come early in the evening. Because all the bad guys move at night, so you have to come early to get in at 1am. However, even if you come at 1 o'clock, you must pray in the morning and pray at 5 o'clock in the morning. It is holding on to the rope of prayer with the Lord.
That's right. I believe that if the Lord is with us, we will be healed and renewed like this. We do not have the power to heal. But when you are with the Lord, you are healed and renewed.
Humans have no power. If we leave it alone, we will inevitably fall into the wrong path. You cannot get eternal life. You can't even win on land. They are caught up in all kinds of lust and do not know where they will be dragged, how they will die, or how they will end. But with the Lord, we become holy. It becomes warm. If you are with the Lord, you will have faith, and if you are with the Lord, you will be healed and renewed. that this is grace.
How many difficulties do we face today like a roaring lion? However, no matter how difficult it is, if you are with the Lord, you will be victorious and victorious. It is through disease that we have victory over all temptations.
The devil tries to make a difference between us and the Lord with all kinds of things through temptation through disease. That is why the word Satan has the same meaning as 'separate'. When Satan works, even me will be separated. I also hate myself. I hate my life. It is also separated from itself. Separation from family. keeps getting separated. The Holy Spirit makes us one wherever we go. Please believe that we will make them all into one and become one with the world in the future. No matter how talented you are, you cannot become a single fire general. must be together. When people of faith are together, they become stronger and stronger, and the power of the Lord becomes stronger. That is why the evil devil is driven out and cannot be with those who gather together and call on the Lord. Being together is a skill. And we are told to call on the name of the Lord there.
“Where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am among them.”
