Title: God's Heart
Contents
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1).
“Every house has a builder, and it is God who made all things” (Hebrews 3:4).
God had a deep plan and created everything in this world. Creator God, who is the first true designer and designer, opens up the blueprint for creation. God could have created everything in one day, but He created them in six days by date, and in that time, He created each kind beautifully. On the first day, he made light and divided day and night, so that the beginning and end of creation, the existence of creation, and the history of nature and mankind were possible under this order. On the second and third days, He made the firmament, the sea, and the land, laying the foundation for other things to live. On the fourth day, He made the sun, moon, and stars in the expanse that had already been made. On the fifth and sixth days, He filled the sky, sea, and land with living creatures beautifully. He also created humans in the image of God. God made His creatures harmonious and balanced through order, so that they naturally harmonize and love each other. Here we find the God of order.
“And God saw all that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning, the sixth day” (Genesis 1:31).
The word that appears the most in Genesis 1 is “it was good”. God is very fond of seeing the world and human beings created beautifully as a world of order. He especially likes to see the human form. The heart of God who made all things and ‘I’, one of them, and loved them in the sight, His gaze is ‘love’, and His heart is ‘a lot of love’ itself.
It is also surprising that God has given human beings created in His image a part of the mission to rule the created world. God blesses mankind and says, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” It is the mission of cherishing, cherishing, and managing the things that God has created.
“The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it” (Genesis 2:15).
“And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and the birds of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he called them; and every living creature that Adam called it became its name” (Genesis 2:19).
Also, God led the wild animals and birds made of the dust to Adam and entrusted him with naming them. Adam would have looked at each of the creatures carefully and looked at them with interest, and then called them by name, “You are a lion and you are an elephant.” Calling the firstborn by its name is very important in that the name defines the whole creature. This work is actually working together with God, and it is another creative work. Therefore, it is a great happiness for Adam to take on the task of naming the things that God has made.
Look at verses 20-22. God thinks that it is not good for Adam to be alone, and he decides to make a helper for him. This decision was God's plan for Adam. After God put Adam into a deep sleep, he took one of his ribs, made a helper, and brought him to Adam. A God who watches over humans, a God who watches over human condition, He is a very good person.
Design always has a purpose. Personal fellowship between God the Creator and human beings, this is one of the precious purposes of creation. All creatures are meaningless by their very existence alone. When they meet and harmonize with each other, the purpose and meaning of their existence becomes clear. Above all, it is the purpose of all created beings to meet God, the Creator, and to have a beautiful relationship with Him. The beginning of existence has meaning in meeting another being.
“I am very happy that I am God’s work.”
I hope you will read the heart of God who made all things in the world and cares for all that He has made more than anyone else. “God loves you” Hallelujah!!
