God's Law Ephesians 5:07-14
God makes a man reap what he sows.
If you sow love, you will reap love; if you sow evil, you will reap evil. What do we sow and what do we reap?
The Bible says that in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and made man in His image (Genesis 1:27).
Human beings who were good, righteous, and truthful in the image of God lost the image of God as they fell, and gradually resembled the attributes of the devil and became evil, unrighteous, and deceitful human beings.
In fact, everyone likes good people.
But everyone hates bad people.
Good people do not do evil to others because they have a good character.
However, since the bad person has an evil heart, he does not do good things to others, and he chooses only the ones he likes and likes them.
And the person he hates hates him until the end and doesn't even try to deal with him. Ignore.
Looking at the characteristics of a person, it can be divided into good people and bad people.
First, what are the characteristics of a good person?
1. We do not do evil to our neighbors.
2. Tolerate even if you don't like it.
3. Live with forgiveness.
4. I do not only think about my own circumstances, but also think about the circumstances of others.
A good person does not try to live well on his own.
Good people try to live well with their neighbors.
Next, what are the characteristics of a person with an evil and bad temper?
1. Because you do evil to your neighbor, you cannot help your neighbor and cause harm.
put on.
2. People who do not like them are rejected unconditionally and never tolerated.
3. Anyone who harms them has no mercy
Attempts to retaliate several times.
4. Because he always thinks only of his own circumstances, he does not care about others
I don't think.
We, believers, must remember the Bible's saying that whatever you sow, you will reap.
I want to give an example of a good person.
When Benjamin Franklin, an American politician, was living in Philadelphia,
I decided to do something good for the locals.
One day, I made a shelf in front of my house and put a beautiful and nice lamp used indoors on it. And when it got dark, I turned on the light.
At first, even the locals thought this was strange. It is necessary to leave the lamp in the house and turn on the light, but I did not understand why the lamp was turned on outside.
And I thought it was a waste. But as a week, two weeks, or a month passed, people started to realize something.
The lights outside the house illuminate the road so that passers-by didn't trip over rocks.
I could see the direction from a distance. The villagers thought this well and started to turn on the lights outside the house one by one when it got dark.
Then the whole street was lit up at once. It is said that this was the beginning of the installation of street lights on today's arterial roads.
I hope that you will be like good lamps for your neighbors.
If you sow good, you will reap good.
If you sow evil, one day you will reap evil.
And if you sow love, you will reap love
If you sow hatred, you will reap hatred.
If you benefit others, the benefit will come back to you.
When you harm others, you also harm yourself.
God's law is that whatever a man sows, he will also reap what he sows.
A world that seeks to benefit and help each other becomes a world like heaven,
If you live a selfish life that only thinks about your own interests and doesn't care what the rest is, you will end up in a world like hell.
Today's text refers to the children of God who are saved by believing in Jesus.
They are said to be "children of light."
In other words, it means that you are a child of God who is the light.
Those who brighten the world are children of light.
They can brighten the world because they live a good, righteous, and true life, the fruit of light.
Such people make a better world, a brighter world.
