Title: God's Wish
Numbers 6:22-27
God has an earnest wish and wish for mankind, whom he created as an object of love. It will be good for us forever. It is to become an eternal winner and an eternal successor. God does not only have a wish, but he does not spare any support to make that wish come true. If we know what God's wishes are and live according to them, we will win in life, but if we live according to our wishes, we will fail in life.
God wants to bless you.
Numbers 6:24 says, “The Lord bless you.” The blessings God gives are different from the blessings of the world. The blessings God gives are spiritual blessings, fundamental blessings, eternal blessings, and blessings that make people whole. On the other hand, the blessings that the world gives are material blessings, temporary blessings, disappearing blessings, imperfect blessings, and cannot make people perfect. God's blessings can only be obtained through Jesus Christ. God sent Jesus to bring heavenly blessings (Ephesians 1:3).
God wants to keep.
To guard means to build a fence. Weak and powerless sheep are protected by fencing. Weak humans are protected only when God builds a spiritual fence. We are the sheep of God (Psalm 100:3).
People are safe only when the shepherd, Jesus, protects them. Jesus is the fence of our souls, protecting us from calamity, from Satan, from death, and from curses. The Son of God Himself is the fence, who dares to overcome it? “The one who is born of God protects him, and the weak cannot even touch him” (1 John 5:18).
God wants to turn his face to us.
When you see loved ones, their faces are turned to each other. A mother turns her face to her child because she loves. God is facing us because He loves us. But if you keep avoiding the face of God and say you hate it, God will turn you away. A blessing is when God turns his face toward us, and a curse is when God turns his face away from us. If you love it, you keep trying to give it. I try to give without conditions. That is grace. The grace that God gives us is essential and indispensable to us, but it is something that can never be obtained through human effort. You cannot receive anything without God's grace.
But to whom do you give this grace? Those who have their heart turned to God. A person who knows God's grace as precious and longs for it. Who asks for God's grace? He realizes that there is no righteousness in himself. He is someone who knows he is really lacking and insignificant.
The peace the world gives is given when there are no difficulties or problems, but the peace that God gives is peace given in the midst of adversity. When God's peace comes, fear disappears and anxiety disappears. Thanks a lot. Joy springs up. It wins over everything.
God's wish for us must be my wish. When that happens, our lives are blessed. When our wishes with the Lord become one, God blesses us, protects us, turns his face toward us, shows us grace, and gives us peace, so that we can overcome our lives. May God's wish be ours, all of us.
