Title: God-Centeredness/Numbers 2:1-9
Content centered on God/Numbers 2:1-9
Faith is born, not educated. From the physical body to the spiritual body. Therefore, faith is what we have been understanding, loving, and judging everything centered on ourselves up to this point. Because man is self-centered, he judges everything in the way that is good for him and makes him happy, and that becomes the truth, and that becomes all the laws. However, faith means that regardless of my interests or happiness, if it is the will of the Lord, even if it causes harm to me and misfortune comes to me, it should be Amen. This is what faith looks like.
Therefore, the Christian life can be said to be God-centered. Therefore, prayer, worship, sermons, and all services should be God-centered, not self-centered. It doesn't have to be what makes me feel good and what makes me happy, but it has to be something that pleases God. You need to know that God is not for me, I exist for God. So what kind of prayer will it be? What kind of worship will worship be, and what kind of service will service be?
Today's text records Israel's encampment in battle formation. Instead of encamping and advancing haphazardly, he commanded us to encamp and march in a certain form. However, an interesting scene is in verse 2, where the camp is set up, with the tent of meeting as the center, and the camp is told to camp on all sides. He instructs the 12 tribes to encamp in the east, centering on the tribe of Judah, the firstborn, on the husband, centering on the tribe of Reuben, on the west, on the tribe of Ephraim, and on the north, on the tribe of Dan. This Jin is a God-centered Jin. The tabernacle had to be in the midst of the people of Israel at all times when marching and encamping. This was the audiovisual education that taught us to live centered on God.
Being God-centered means that God is the commander-in-chief of the army. As we go through the wilderness, God is leading us as the commander-in-chief, so we must now follow God's command. The place of the camp and the schedule of the march are all under the direction of God. So Israel moved and built as the pillar of cloud and fire moved. This is what God-centeredness is all about. In fact, Israel has a certain goal of being Canaan. It is teaching us that we must proceed with God-centered progress toward this goal.
Then, if you want to live centered on God, how should you live? It is giving up on self. Faith means that I die and only Christ lives. Obviously we have crucified our passions and lusts. this
Believer. Then today, if we try to live our God-centered life, we are killing ourselves. When you give up on yourself, you will live centered on God. If I die and only the Lord lives, all decisions are not made by me, but by the will of the Lord. Then what is the will of the Lord? If you ask me, it is the Lord's will to throw away my greed. Because I can't give up my greed, things always go my way. Every believer knows that we must live centered on God. But in reality, it is whether or not God exists as our King in our lives. Is it that I am giving up my place to him? We admit it in the non-decisive part of our lives. Anything that doesn't cost money or my teeth
We concede that it is God's will in the parts that do not interfere with our interests or that suit our hobbies. However, it is our image that we can never make concessions to where it will damage our profits and damage our self-esteem and face. Of course, there is no point in saying that doing so is pleasing to God.
You must know that my body is no longer mine. only yours. Whether we live or die for the Lord, this is the purpose of the believer's life. Therefore, I must entrust my everything to the Lord. As He leads, we must be led. Whatever circumstances and circumstances he leads us, we have to live the life we entrust because he leads us in the best way. Please do not complain about any circumstances or circumstances. Because it is the best life God has given and it is the best life. Because the Lord is our King and our Lord.
