When faced with life's adversity, people usually have three types of reactions, says Dr. Paul G.stolz.
First, he is a quitter who gives up and runs away when he encounters a difficult problem.
Second, he is a 'camper' who does not give up and run away, but does not think of dynamically overcoming the problem and just sits there and maintains the status quo.
Third, he is a "climber type" who does not give up even when faced with adversity and uses all his strength to climb up the obstacle and overcome it.
Japan's Matsushita Group, like a global conglomerate, treats its employees well and has many opportunities for development. However, on one occasion, a student who has graduated from Japan's largest engineering university with excellent grades applies for the entrance exam. I thought I would pass without any problem, but unexpectedly, I found that my name was missing from the list of finalists. Suffering from shame and anger, he took a large amount of sleeping pills and committed suicide.
