Title: God Guided Peter

Contents

Introduction -

1. The two pillars of the early church, Peter and Paul

2. The first and only confession of mankind - “The Lord is the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

3. On this confession of faith, the church began.

1. God at work in Peter's life history

(1) Jesus called Peter, who was a fisherman

Matthew 4:18) “As Jesus was walking along the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting their nets into the sea, and they were fishermen.”

(2) He gave Peter grace and made him know the gospel.

① Healing Peter’s mother-in-law (Matthew 8:14,15)

② Jesus gave the experience of walking on water (Matthew 14:28,29)

③ To make a historical confession (Matthew 16:16)

“The Lord is the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

④ The only blessing is given through the only confession (Matthew 16:18-19)

The church on the rock, the powers of Hades cannot overcome, the key to heaven

⑤ However, we did not understand the gospel of the cross correctly until we received the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 16:23) “Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Satan, step back from me.

⑥ Teaching by example of prayer (Luke 22:39-46)

But still living with one's own constitution - Still trying to live with one's constitution and blood in the face of crisis

① John 18:10) “Simon Peter drew his sword and struck the high priest’s servant and cut off his right ear, and the servant’s name was Malchus.”

② Mark 14:71) Then Peter began to curse and swear. “I don’t know the person you are talking about.”

③ Galatians 2:14) “Therefore, when I saw that they were not walking according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in front of everyone, “You are a Jew, but you are not living like a Jew, but like a Gentile, how do you force Gentiles to live like Jews?” said.”

He gave this kind of grace to Peter again.

① Luke 22:61) “The Lord turned and looked at Peter, and Peter said to him, “Today, before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” I remember what you said

② John 21:15) “After they had breakfast, Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” ' he said to Jesus. “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said to him, "Feed my lambs." did.”

③ Acts 1:15) At that time, the number of people gathered together was about one hundred and twenty.

④ Acts 2:38) “Peter said to them. "Repent. And be baptized each of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

⑤ Acts 4:12) There is no salvation in anyone else, for there has never been any other name under heaven given to us by which we can be saved.”

⑥ Acts 5:15) Even the sick people were brought out by the highway and put them on couches and beds, hoping that some of them might have a shadow as Peter passed by.

⑦ Acts 12:7) At the same time, the angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the prison. The angel struck Peter on the side and woke him up, saying, "Get up quickly." When he said this, the chains were removed from his hands.”

⑧ 1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, which sets you out of darkness in his wonderful light.

It is to proclaim the virtue of the one who entered into it.

⑨ 1 Peter 5:7) Cast all your anxieties on God. Because he cares for you.

2. A life that needs the gospel of Christ

(1) Everyone needs the gospel of Christ.

① You must first get off the pirate ship.

② First, we must be freed from hell, curses, and the power of Satan.

③ No matter how successful, successful, or happy you are, you cannot solve the spiritual problems that come later.

(2) Jesus completed the gospel of Christ.

① A priest who solved the problem of human sin and curses that had no choice but to die;

② A prophet who breaks the powers of hell and becomes the way to meet God;

③ The king who defeated Satan, who destroys mankind.

God leads the evangelist.

① All the people who were blessed in the Bible were made possible by the grace of God.

Abraham, Joseph, Moses, David, Peter, Paul,

② In the end, the early church members were victorious through the power of the gospel.

③ God is still in charge of those who are in the covenant.

Children of God are those who know and believe that Jesus is the Christ.

It is believing that the Christ who fulfilled the three offices is Jesus.

① All the answers of life are contained in the gospel of Christ.

② If it is the gospel of Christ, then everything is the end.

③ Everything is in the gospel of Christ.

But we are fragile beings.

① We still need the gospel of Christ. ② We need God's absolute guidance.

③ We need God's absolute and powerful grace. ④ So we must always look to Christ.

3. To receive a continuous response:

(1) We must always long for the Gospel and stay in the Gospel.

① Apply the gospel to me, give thanks for salvation, and enjoy the blessings with dignity and humility.

② Just as I needed the gospel, we need to approach others through the gospel to receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit together.

③ If you go all-in on the Gospel and evangelism, God will take full responsibility.

(2) The way to enjoy it is today.

① Find God's covenant concretely through the Word and gain strength.

② Through the happiness of prayer, I discover God's plan for me and the field and receive guidance on my mission every day.

③ All of this is because of God's mission toward the field.

Don't live a life that failed with your own way and strength, and let's enjoy the blessing of realizing the life of an evangelist through the guidance of the Holy Spirit every day.

① Know the fraction of my age, position, and environment ② Start from the lowest

③ Put the ideal on the highest place

④ If I enjoy Immanuel in my field today and go all-in on the gospel and evangelism, God will take responsibility for everything I do.

conclusion

1. A child of God who is saved can never fail.

Because God is in charge.

2. In conclusion, we have no choice but to succeed in the gospel, so let's live as successful people today.

3. All of these are moved according to the time schedule of God's absolute grace. You can also receive the Holy Spirit.
