Title: God Helps at Dawn
Bible: Psalm 46:4-7
Starting Point of the Word>>
The first sermon we will be sharing today at the start of the week is titled “God Helps in the Dawn”.
As a pastor, waking up in the morning is never easy.
Nevertheless, the reason to seek this dawn hour is to give the time of the dawn hour to receive God's help.
This means that we are here to live with God's help by giving God the time of dawn to worship and pray together, entrusting our daily life and week's life to God.
However, in today's text, there are words that give us strength.
This is verse 5 of the text.
“God is in the midst of it, and it will not be shaken; God will help at dawn.”
If God is with us, we will not be shaken in any tribulations and difficulties.
I earnestly pray that all of our members who worship God this morning with God's help will be filled with a precious and blessed life that is not shaken by God's help.

Then, what is the religious lesson of the phrase “God helps in the dawn”?
First, it means that if you spend the night of hardship well, the dawn that God will help will come.
Psalm 46 is written to give hope and comfort to the people in despair after the kingdom of Judah was taken away from several cities by the invasion of Assyria, a pagan nation.
In other words, when Israel, who is in a night of chaos, despair, and suffering, gets through this dark night well, the dawn of light with God's help will come.
Looking at the words of 2 Kings 19:35, in fact, as in the text, God helped the nation of Judah and achieved a great victory at dawn.
Therefore, today we too should overcome hardships with faith, perseverance, and hope well, even if nights of pain and despair come along our journey, so that we can receive and enjoy the grace of God who helps us at dawn.
We must realize that it is a precious and blessed time to seek God who helps us in the morning that we have hardships and adversity like the night.
Second, it has the meaning that God helps diligent believers.
The word dawn reminds us of diligence.
A diligent man wakes up at dawn,
There is a saying that “the high-flying bird sees far”.
We must rise early in the morning and become diligent saints like a bird that soars high in the sky to see far away.
A lazy person does not wake up at dawn, so he cannot experience God who helps him at dawn, and God does not help him.
According to Proverbs 6:6,
“Go to the ant, you lazy, and see what he does, and be wise.”
Said.
Also in 2 Thessalonians 3:10,
“If anyone does not want to work, let him not eat.”
I said.
Saints must be diligent,
And be diligent, but be diligent about the things that please God.
We must be diligent in faith in Jesus, be diligent in what is in line with the Word of God, and be diligent in following the guidance of the Holy Spirit,
When we stand before God by serving as diligent ones, God helps us and adds blessings to blessings.
Third, it has the meaning that God helps us when we pray.
According to 2 Kings 19:1-19, King San Hyerib of Assyria invaded Judah, conquered several cities, and wrote a threatening letter against God and sent it to King Hezekiah of Judah.
According to the words of 2 Kings 19:14, King Hezekiah went up to the temple at this time, opened the threatening letter sent by San Hyerib, and prayed with a heart of mourning before God.
God, who heard Hezekiah's prayer, gave the answer that he would protect the kingdom of Judah through the prophet Isaiah, and sent the angel of the Lord at night to strike down 185,000 Assyrian soldiers to death and make Judah victorious in the morning.
In this way, God helps Chinese characters to pray,
Therefore, if you want to experience God who helped you at dawn, you must become a saint who wakes up at dawn and prays.
So, in Psalm 5:3,
“In the morning, O LORD, you will hear my voice; in the morning I will pray to you and hope.”
says the psalmist.
Prayer is a very important thing to do at any time and at any time.
However, considering the good points of morning prayer,
① In the midst of silence, you can throw away your thoughts and pray deeply.
② You are blessed because you gave the first hour of the day (the first fruits) (Exodus 34:18-) to God.
③ Praying in the early morning contains the sincerity of the heart, so God who sees the heart is pleased.
④ Since Jesus also prayed in the morning, we as saints must follow in Jesus' footsteps.
At the end of the speech>>
Organize your words.
It can be said that the dawn is the most precious and blessed time when we receive God's help.
I hope that today's time to start the week and start the day will be a precious time with God's help with you.
And I pray in the name of the Lord that your faith to pray to God for the first hour of the day will become a very beautiful image in the sight of God, and that God's help will always be experienced by you with full of blessings, grace and love.
