Title: God is on our side!

Contents

Subject: God is on our side!

Word: Psalm 124:1-8

[1] Israel now says, The LORD is not on our side;

[2] If the LORD had not been on our side when men rose up against us,

[3] Then their wrath was fierce against us, and they devoured us alive.

[4] Then the waters will overtake us, and streams will engulf our souls

[5] Then it will be said that the overflowing waters have engulfed our souls.

[6] Blessed be the LORD, who has given us to their teeth so that they are not gnawed.

[7] Our souls have become like birds from the snare of the hunters; the snare is broken, and we have escaped.

[8] Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

We live in an amazing scientific age and enjoy many benefits. But the important thing is that even such science is never great in the sight of God. Science has two sides that can be good or bad, but Psalm 124 shows that God is absolutely good, just, and true. In today's text, we can realize that God is on our side. And I want you to believe that you are free from all things, and that our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

First, God is on our side.

Secondly, there are blessings that come when God is on our side.

First of all, in today's text, it is said that it will keep you from being chewed. Verse 6 says, “Praise be to the LORD, who has given us to their teeth so that they are not gnawed.” Jesus is a strong man, sometimes emotional, sensitive, and passionate. I hope that you will be able to imitate Jesus like this. Because God is on my side, I want you to believe that we will surely win because He is on our side. In Isaiah 41:14-15, God said, "Do not be afraid, you worm Jacob, and you men of Israel, I will help you." He said, "Behold, I will make you a new threshing machine with sharp teeth, and I will strike the mountains to crumbs." Everyone~ If God is on our side, I pray that you will believe in the fact that every small mountain will be lowered, every high mountain will be lowered, and every valley will be filled.

The second time, he said that he would let me go. Verse 7 says, “Our souls have become as birds escaped from the snare of the hunters; the snare is broken, and we have escaped.” The enemy devil hides various snares without any effort. But if God is with us, he will remove this snare and block it. Because God is on my side, He will let me know in advance, let me escape, and even if I am caught in a snare, He will set me free. I hope you will believe that as long as I trust God on my side, God will set me free.

Third, we have work to do. Verse 8 says, “Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made the heavens and the earth.” What are we going to do? Our job is to "believe, confess, and praise". I want you to believe that God has power and authority just by his name. Even just hearing its name drives away demons and cures diseases. We bless you to believe that just calling that name will help and protect you.

Dear Sandoll Saints~

We hope that you believe that we should live by exalting and praising God's name. A high and noble name! That great and mighty name! A name that no one can match! In the name of Jesus, I pray that you will become the members of our Sandoll Church who praise the name of helping us out and helping us every moment.
