my fortress
He is the God in whom I trust.
2. Explicit Confession (3-13)
① God who saves us from all kinds of tribulation in life (3-8)
What are the tribulations of life?
There is no day or night (5, 6). There are also various methods (3)- Being caught in the snare of the hunting group
Such situations, such as extreme epidemics, are just that.
But God does not forsake His children; He becomes a shield and keeps them,
He is the One who neutralizes the enemies and ultimately destroys them.
② The result or possibility that faith in God can cause
Because God is my refuge
I can't get angry
calamity will not come
For you my angel will watch over you in all ways -
I will hold you and keep your feet from hitting stones - prosperity and security
I will tread on vipers and lions, and I will press them with my feet - defeating enemies.
3. God's Answer (14-16)
Because he loves me, I will deliver him.
If he knows my name, I will exalt him.
He will plead with me, and I will answer.
I will be with you in trouble, deliver you, and glorify you.
He will live long enough to satisfy God. Longevity comes from obedience to God.
Therefore, to live long enough to satisfy me means to live an obedient life
All.
The phrase “It will be seen as my salvation” seems a bit strange. This is all the troubles of life
Salvation from chaos, or walking with God in salvation leading to the kingdom of God on the last day
It speaks of the salvation of those who do.
