Title: God Is With You (July 13)

Content span id="writeContents"> Text: Psalm 139:1-6

When an anthropologist converts the human body into money, it is true that it is about 65 billion won. The person sitting next to you is worth 65 billion. Say hello to the person next to us.

“Oh my gosh.”

God created human beings, but we do not know how precious they are because we were created in the image of God. When people receive grace, they say, “Nature is so beautiful!” “How could a person be that good, maybe that good?” I feel that way. Because grace has such a power to make us see the image of God, only those who have received grace can have such power to look at nature beautifully and human beings with gratitude.

Through the words in the psalm of this text today, I was able to rise to the highest place in the world, to be respected, to be loved, and to enjoy the riches and glory of this world the most, and maybe even human beings at the bottom. I would like to tell you about the confession of David, the very person who went down to the bottom to the extent that he could go down to the bottom, maybe that person suffered such hardships, whether there were tears like that, or whether he could breathe like that.

There are three confessions of his life. First, how mysterious God created man and how he created man.... making a confession.

Last week, he died while trying to separate the heads of Siamese twins in India. Everyone, it is a blessing to say that we are living without hair like this. Try putting your head together with the person next to you. And how much it means to live...

Someone tells me that when a person wakes up in the morning and touches their hair like this and their hair is soft, it is proof that they lived comfortably the day before. When you feel relaxed, grateful, happy, and happy, your hair is soft. But yesterday, if you were nervous, quarreled, and uncomfortable, your hair is either standing upright or stiff. Let's touch human hair next to the chair. This is a great opportunity. No one touches my hair. And let's talk like this. “You had a fight yesterday!”

You don't know how... how mysterious... how diverse the human body is. In fact, it is inconceivable that they think the same way. A child is a child, an adult is an adult, a man is a man, a woman is a woman, those who have, those who do not have, until they say Amen...

I talked to a six-year-old kid before coming up,

“Dad, why aren’t you coming to church?”

“Dad? Maybe if you buy me some sweets, I will go to church.”

In a child's mind, that's the only limit... that's the only limit. Human thoughts have the disadvantage of not wanting to believe and understand anything other than what they see, feel, experience, and hear.

David's faith in God was noticed as he lived a diverse life from a self-centered life that only acknowledged what he saw, experienced, and what he had seen throughout his life. It is said that when the eyes of faith were opened, it began to show that God's love is inexhaustible.

Everyone, you have to open your eyes to give thanks. No matter how much I am thankful, how much I thank you, what should I do if no gratitude comes out no matter how much I say? Believe it, believe it, believe it, when you look at the life of a dying person, it seems to be believed at the time, but when you turn around, you cannot believe it. Belief is not forced. Love is not forced. Therefore, to say that you can believe is a blessing among blessings, and to say that God's love can be realized is a blessing among blessings.

Guys, not everyone comes to this church. When we sing, “Anyone is welcome.” but I don't think it is. no one is coming Only those chosen by God will enter. Only those who are loved and chosen by God will enter. How humble do we humans feel when we live as our center? How poor we are. There are many times when we feel that there is nothing we can do whether we look forward or backward. However, after experiencing grace and experiencing grace, our lives that we feel are changed to be “God”-centered, not “me”-centered, so whatever we say we are too precious or who is loved by God We are discovering great possibilities that we can do.

Among my testimony sermons a long time ago, I remember that it was probably 18 years ago, but I went to prison and preached diligently. Even if I attend a revival meeting for 17 or 18 years, the most heartbreaking sermons are preaching like preaching in prison. I have all my hair cut and all my shrouds on, and felons are sitting in front of me. It's very bad. People are so weird A person's appearance changes even with the clothes he wears, and even with a single make-up, he changes...

Our church members are completely different from the faces we see in the morning and the faces we see during the day. Some people have no eyebrows at dawn. How amazing....that is so strange.

But sitting in prison, everything looks weird. He preached very passionately. I preached with a very earnest heart. A lot of the prisoners seemed to get the favor. After finishing prayers and coming down, a prisoner suddenly stood up in front of him and said, “Jongsoon!” is doing I was surprised. Oh my God... I was in elementary school. We had a good family, we were handsome, we were smart, we studied well, but somehow we became felons... We looked at each other without saying a word and wept. I couldn't be so shy. Because he was a vicious criminal, he couldn't be so ugly as a person. People can be broken like that. Maybe that friend... wasn't like that... how could a person be like that?

This is David's confession as he experienced God's grace after being chased by people, being chased by the king, and falling into a wretched bog in a very miserable way. I am a vicious person, I am humble, I am weak and unable to do anything, but when I am held in God's hand, I truly am a mysterious being loved by God, and I confess to myself that I cannot be so beautiful in this world I mean I could do it. Do you feel that you are truly beautiful because of God? You are the ones who have been blessed. Let's say hello to those around us.

“Look at me. How proud!”

Those who live by faith, those who live with grace, live proudly. Darely... David's first confession is that he said that he became proud because of God's grace. Guys, how many things do you have to bow your head down? It is said that God made us proud through the love of God, who has failed in the world, has difficulties in the world, and cannot raise his head in front of people. The first confession of a person of faith is, “Because of God’s love, I have become so proud.” that is to say.

Second, David's confession is such a confession that "God's love for me is too great and too great to bear." It is not love when love is received numerically one by one. The expression of being loved... Love is not the principle of love that simply throws away the things that you are very thirsty for, and fills the things you are craving little by little. To be loved is to receive abundantly. love is overflowing love is overflowing I realized this. God's love is coming to me to overflowing. To overflowing.... He protected me until now, but how grateful we are today... How much... We are always thankful in God's love. Thank you.....

When it comes to the weekly conversation between the deacon of our church and me, “Hey, Dad, are you drinking?” Then I'll be very honest. Last week, “I ate this.” “I ate this much.” That's pretty accurate. But these days, “Is your dad drunk?” "no!" Ok.

Ah, I think the butler had stopped drinking these days. But only today I found out why. When the child comes and says what he is saying,

"Pastor! Every Sunday, please don't ask my dad if he drank."

"Why?"

“I’m worried.”

"Why?"

There are times in our lives that we are grateful for even the funny things that are really nothing. You can be grateful not only for the big things, but also for the very small things. I am giving this sermon today because I think that deacon will stop drinking after hearing this sermon. Cut it off or not as you like.... Because God's love is so grateful... For love... For God's love...

What is David's last confession of faith? Even if I am like this today... Even though I look so shabby and I don't look like much, I have the conviction that God's love, and hope, comes with it. uh Those who are loved are destined to prosper. Among the elements of your love comes hope. Do you believe that God loves you? Then you have hope. No matter what circumstance I am in, as long as I am convinced of God's love in me, I believe that God's love will guarantee my future and make my future well. This is David's three great confessions.

God loves you. I hope you all believe in the fact that they are receiving a lot of love that cannot be expressed in words. That love has been loved until now, but it is still receiving that love now, and I believe that love will lead us to hope and accomplish greater things in our lives through you in the future. The God who loved David loves you who have become David today. The God who made David well will surely make you well too. Let's not end with feeling the love and keeping it alone, let's sublimate the love we have received into a confession of gratitude. I earnestly hope that you will become the victors of great faith by changing the love you have received into faith. We will pray together.

“Thank you, Father God! We thank God for the grace that is always with us. God! Help us to relive the grace David received, the love David received, and David's faith in our lives for a week. Therefore, help us to show the great work of God who has done great things through David in our homes, in our workplaces, in our churches. I earnestly pray in the name of Jesus. Amen
