Proverbs 24
16. For though the righteous fall seven times, he will rise again, but the wicked fall by calamity.
17. Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not rejoice in your heart when he falls.
18. When the LORD saw this, he was not pleased, and he feared that he might remove his wrath from him.
19. Do not be angered by the gain of evildoers, nor envy the prosperity of the wicked
20. For the evildoer has no future, and the lamp of the wicked goes out.
1 Peter 5
7. Cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for he counsels you.
8. Be sober and awake, for your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
9. Resist him, strong in the faith, knowing that your brethren in the world suffer the same things.
10. The God of all grace, who called you into his eternal glory in Christ, who has suffered for a little while, will himself restore you, strengthen, strengthen and establish you.
11. To him be power for ever and ever. Amen.

Text: Proverbs 24:16-20, 1 Peter 5:7-11,
Richard Niebuhr, author of Christ and Culture, a 20th-century classic of Christianity, put it this way: “The great reforms of Christianity are not achieved by finding new things that have not been known before. It happens when there is someone who sees what is already there differently.” In the relationship between Christianity and culture, it is the image of ‘Christ the Transformer of Culture’. Compared with other cultures and religions, the characteristic of Christianity is ‘unbounded love, boundless grace’. Among the many factors that threaten peace in the world today, there is a painful confession that the degeneration of Christianity also plays a part. Conflict and confrontation between the Islamic world and the Christian culture are increasing due to the caricatures that occurred in the Christian culture.
The teachings the Lord gave to the Pharisees and scribes who rebelled against Jesus' life and teaching (Luke 15:1-2) were to prove that His life and teaching were in accordance with Heavenly Father's will. Our Lord taught us through the parable of the lost sheep (Luke 15:3-7), the parable of the lost coin (Luke 15:8-10), and the parable of the lost son (Luke 15:11-32). It was an awareness of “Father of unconditional love” is a truth unique to Christianity. The parables about a lost sheep, a lost drachma, and a lost son were all words to help us realize this 'father of unconditional love'. To realize what kind of interest and love for the 'lost one' is. is. At the same time, it also talks about the justification of the festival for finding. This is the core of the history of redemption.
There are demonic delinquents that undermine the dignity of human beings created in the image of God. They called it a secular culture, a religion that lost grace, and an unacceptable parent. Just like city dwellers who lose their health by breathing polluted air, the culture of the age we live in allows us to breathe this ungraciousness. In the age of giving grades and creating superiority and yeolban from kindergarten, human beings become accustomed to non-grace. The representative of non-grace is called military culture. Among the problems, the problem is the corruption of Christianity, which should be the hope of mankind. In the words of theologian Helmut Thilicke. "The devil has a knack for dropping his cuckoo eggs into the nest of faith...the stench of corrupted and corrupted grace is nothing like the stench of hell's brimstone." The brimstone fire is the site of the second death (Revelation 21:8).
Today's Old Testament text (Proverbs 24:16-20) tells us that God's people must keep their place until the end. Even in the Old Testament times, we are wary of hatred or hatred toward our enemies. We are asking you not to lose the life that God is pleased with. Today's New Testament text (1 Peter 5:7-11) is a message given through the apostle Peter, who had many mistakes and faults. Satan is wary of his schemes (1 Peter 5:8) and tells us to bear the sufferings we have to face because we are saints (1 Peter 5:9). He advises us to cast all our anxieties on the Lord (1 Peter 5:7). Then, He says that He will allow us to experience the wonderful works of grace that the ‘God of all grace’ accomplishes (1 Peter 5:10) and the fulfillment of eternal work (1 Peter 5:11). Let's trust, enjoy, and share the perfect grace from God.
