Title: God Seeks Humans/Genesis 3:1-21

Content Title: God is looking for man

Text: Genesis 3:1-21

Key Verse: (Genesis 3:9) The LORD God called Adam and said to him, "Where are you?

Our members think that we human beings are desperately crying out for God in the distance. However, we are forgetting that God as a living being constantly seeks and wants to see us humans, a creature that resembles His image.

We humans seek God according to conditions and circumstances, but God is still looking for humans today with a foot full of love.

1. Hear the footsteps of God.

When the days are cool, when the ground cools down in the breeze, how good it is for a person to have fellowship with God! Isn't God walking through our garden today, looking for us? We need to put His hands on our weary heads and let His peace burn and overflow all over us. Fellowship with God will be refreshing to us as the evening breeze on a hot summer day. We promise ourselves

2. God misses his children.

The time of fellowship was important to Adam, but more important to God. God's love longs for fellowship. First, feel the heartfelt desire of a musician for a library, a deer for a stream, and a mother for her child and her murmuring in her arms. How can man's search for God be compared with the longing heart for God's search for man?

Even today, God is looking for the holiness of his children and wants unobstructed prayers, and he is sorry when those prayers are interrupted or irregular.

3. God is looking for his children.

God did not wait for Adam to return. Rather, he hastened to find Adam. How irresponsible are we, that God is coming down the road to find us? Where am I now that I hold my breath during prayer time on these many days?

Like the psalmist, “Ps 27:8) When you say, ‘Seek my face,’ my heart will say to you, ‘O LORD, I will seek your face.

4. God mourns for his children.

Some versions of this verse translate this verse as “God sees us and mourns.” God is grieving at the loss of us as a father loses his child.

But he does not end with regret alone. He made us His own by suffering, being pierced with thorns, serving, sacrificing, and being naked and put to shame in our place.

apply

1) We see that it is a natural process for a shepherd to find a sheep and a parent to find a child.

2) God first finds humans and walks around them, and finally, through the passion of the cross, He shows the image of His earnest search.

3) You must prepare to have a hot and thrilling encounter with God.

4) You should know that the way to prevent the expulsion from Eden from happening again is to answer God with your own reality without hesitation.
