God who guides / Psalm 23:2

------------------------------------------------------------ ---------- ---------------------

Do you know what sheep eat? I live by eating grass.

But the sheep doesn't even know how to visit the grass by herself. If you run around outside and get thirsty, you go home and ask your mom to give you water, or if there's no one else, you'll go to the refrigerator and get some water to eat.

But do you know what to do when a sheep is thirsty? Sheep don't even know how to go to the brook. Also, it is a weak animal without strength, so if a tiger, lion, or wolf comes and rushes to eat it, it cannot fight or run away quickly. But sheep can live well without any worries.

It was a very long time ago when the Israelites went to Egypt and became slaves. One day God told Moses that I was going to bring the Israelites out of Egypt. And I will give you a new land. If you go there, you will be able to live well without suffering. Moses went to the palace of Egypt and asked the king of Egypt, Can the people of Israel leave this country? I asked. Then the king of Egypt is not! Neutgeul said that he had to work in this country as a slave until his death.

Only after Moses visited the king ten times and talked to him did he let him escape from slavery in Egypt and set out for a new land.

Everyone packed up and left Egypt. But it was a big deal. Egyptian soldiers are riding horses, wielding swords and chasing after them. So, everyone is trying to run away with all their might, but as we go, there is a wide Red Sea beach in front of us, isn't it? Now they were all caught and killed.

At this time, as God instructed, Moses pointed to the sea with the staff in his hand, and the sea water split.

So they all passed. When the Egyptian armies that were following came to the middle of the sea, Moses, who had crossed over, pointed his staff to the water again, and the water was flooded again, and all the Egyptian soldiers drowned in the sea.

When we ran out of food and everyone died of hunger, God gave us manna. When I was thirsty, he gave me cool water from a large bar and protected me with a pillar of cloud during the day and a pillar of fire at night.

God said He would be our shepherd. The sheep's strength is weaker than ours, but the reason we can live without worries is because the shepherd always guides us.

God always protects and guides us wherever we go, whether we are at home or coming to church.

Even if you are weak or young, don't worry. Because God always protects and guides us, we hope that we can live a good life of faith and become good people under God's protection every day.
