Our church should also respect people and nurture them. As our Shinchon Church celebrates its 50th anniversary, the first thing to do is to nurture people who have a vision and are devoted to the salvation of souls. We need to nurture and prepare people to grow the Grace Center into a church-focused business.(...) We need one person who gives everyone dreams, gives them jobs, and binds people. Jesus raised his beloved dish well. You have invested in people. He put all his heart and energy into people. The Lord did not establish companies or factories, but people.(...)
① We have created a new center for world missions.
By praising, comforting, and encouraging, Barnabas kept people strong in the church. As people gathered and work increased, it gradually became the center of missions.(...)
② A new worker was established for world missions.
Barnabas valued Paul's present rather than his past. He introduced him to the church in Antioch and worked with him to teach believers. (...) As time passed, Barnabas was pushed behind Paul. But Barnabas did not stop preaching the gospel because of that.(...)
③ I have developed new strength for world missions.
The reason Antioch Church was able to become a missionary base was because of the increase in quantity (verse 24), quality fullness, and good reputation (verse 26). Amen.
