Title: Grace to Know Grace (James 04:6)
There has been a saying since ancient times that knowledge is power. In Korea these days, it is said that the procession to drink clear water fills the highway on weekends. It is said that the word Geumsugangsan has become a thing of the past, and it is difficult to breathe in the city due to air pollution, etc., and factory wastewater flows in, making it difficult to drink water freely. That's why people drive their cars out to the suburbs to drink the water that is now clear. Because you know that drinking bad water is harmful to your body. But how ignorant would you be if you didn't know that the pollution of your water represents an important omen of the century? The book of Revelation says that in the last days, water will change to mugwort. (Rev 8:11) This is a sign that the second coming of the Lord is near. What do we really need to know? you need to know me We need to know the signs of the times. And we need to know the grace of God.
A person is born with a lot of indebtedness from birth, and lives with a lot of grace. Nevertheless, it is unfortunate to think and feel like someone who has not received any grace at all. The apostle Paul knew that the grace he had received was too great to bear. Paul knew grace and lived. Therefore, Paul's life was full of joy and thanksgiving, and absolute loyalty was possible. Knowing God's grace will be the greatest blessing in life.
1. Those who know grace become <knowing themselves and humble>.
Paul was humble when he came to know the grace of God. He confesses that he is less than the apostles (1 Corinthians 15:9), and the least among the saints (Ephesians 3:8), and furthermore, the chief among sinners (1 Tim. 1:15). The more Paul works, the more humble he becomes. Those who know the grace of God become humble. The humble enjoy greater grace.
It is said that when the earthquake in Kobe, Japan, the small house suffered little damage, and the wooden house called Kaori did not collapse. It teaches many lessons. Those who are humble and lowly are humble before God. That life doesn't break.
2. When we know God's grace, we become <thankful and happy>.
3. Those who know God's grace will know <one's own work>.
That's right. The grace of knowing God's grace is the greatest grace. We live in three graces. I have lived in great grace in the past. This is called Ebenezer. Because you helped me this far. Even now, we are living in great grace. This is Immanuel. We live only because God is with us. We will live in great grace in the future as well. This is Jehovah Jireh. God will give you great grace. Believe this, be grateful, and live without worrying.
