great faith
Hebrews 11:1-2
Great is another word for great. Faith is great. Because the works of faith are great. Because it is what you believe. Faith has the power to create anything. Faith opens the door to wealth and attracts wealth. No one can be greater than the beliefs he has. You become as much as you believe you can be. Even if it seems impossible to everyone, believing is possible, and believing is possible as possible. A woman who had been suffering from bleeding for twelve years heard about Jesus. It seemed that if he touched only Jesus' clothes, he would be healed. As soon as I touched Jesus' clothes, I felt the source of the blood flow dry up in my body. Jesus said to the woman, “Daughter, your faith has saved you; go in peace and be healed of your disease” (Mark 5:34).
This is a scene that shows why faith is great.
Faith makes you hope for the undesirable.
What is hoped for is expectation and hope. Without hope, there is no reason to live. “When hope ceases, the heart becomes sick; when hope is fulfilled, life springs up” (Proverbs 13:12). Happy people live in hope. Sexpeare said that hope is an idea. Hope teaches that everything is easy, and disappointment teaches that everything is difficult.
Faith is hoping and keeping hope. There is a proverb that “there is no winter in the palace of hope”. Hope makes great people, and faith makes hope. Faith begets hope, and hope begets great men.
The chance of something unexpected happening is zero. Nothing comes if you don't expect it. You cannot have a baby without becoming pregnant. The hens have to incubate the eggs for the chicks to come out. There are eggs that become chicks, and there are eggs that do not become chicks even when incubated. It is the Word that creates faith. Faith is conceived only by hearing the Word. “Therefore faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17).
Why is faith great? It's about wanting something you can't hope for. The Bible speaks of Abraham's great faith: “Abraham hoped and believed in hope, so that he might become the father of many nations, according to what he said, ‘Your descendants will be like this. It will not be weakened” (Romans 4:18-19).
“In the midst of hope, I hoped and believed.” The Abraham and his wife had no hope of having a son. Nevertheless, I hoped and believed. They said that they had ceased reproductive function and were dead to bearing children. It was not that he did not believe in himself, but “knowing that he did not weaken his faith.” There is a saying in our proverb that you should not look at a tree that you cannot climb. But faith makes us look at a tree that cannot be climbed.
John Gordon, author of the Energy Addict Change Energy “Passion,” appeared on the NBC Today show and said his hope is that everyone can become a CEO. The CEO he refers to is the Chief Energy Officer. In other words, you become an energy bus filled with enough energy for yourself. It means that making a passionate manager is one's own hope.
Faith is energy. make you look forward to it. Let me live with hope. So faith is great. In order for a person to be able to wish for something, the environmental conditions must be met. But faith makes hope. It is to depend on God to hope for something that is impossible to hope for.
Faith guarantees the things hoped for.
What is your warranty? is responsible. It is about being legally responsible and fulfilling your promises. The guarantor is the one who puts a stamp on the debtor's promise to pay the debt on behalf of the creditor when the debtor defaults. Faith is like a surety that you will do what you hope for. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. It refers to the actual field where the heart believes and expects.
What beliefs create the reality of what is hoped for? It's a sure belief, a sure belief. In order to make what we hoped for reality, we must have certain faith. It was Abraham's faith. “He was convinced that he was also able to accomplish what he had promised” (Romans 4:21). It is a firm belief. Certainty is certainty. It is a certainty that guarantees what you want.
“For our gospel did not come to you by word alone, but by power and the Holy Spirit and with great conviction, as you know what kind of people we became among you for you, and that you also walk with the joy of the Holy Spirit in many afflictions. and became imitators of us and of the Lord… and became an example for all who believed” (1 Thessalonians 1:5-7).
Faith lifts mountains and moves them to the sea. Faith the size of a mustard seed commands the mountains to move to the sea. “He said, “Because of your little faith, I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you” (Matthew 17:20). The reason I couldn't drive it out was because I had little faith.
Luther the Reformer was a warrior of faith. Fredrin Niconius, who he had worked with at the beginning of the Reformation, suddenly fell ill. After receiving a letter stating that he was unlikely to revive, Luther responded. “My friend, I command you, in the name of God, to live longer, I need you to reform the church, you must live.” On the verge of death, he received a letter and revived. Luther's confident prayers and letters of faith made him rise from the dead.
“The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up” (James 5:15) “Therefore I say to you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:15) 24) It means that if you feel the emotion when your wish has already been fulfilled, it will come true. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Faith is responsible for making things hoped for. May you have faith as a surety that will make your wishes come true.
Faith confirms the invisible.
Faith is said to be “the evidence of things not seen.” Faith is what confirms the invisible as seeing it. “By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed and went out to a land to which he was to receive as an inheritance, and went out, not knowing where he was going… for he was looking for a city that God had designed and built upon him” (Hebrews 11:8). 10)
There are those who see and believe, and those who see and do not believe. Jesus said that those who believe without seeing are blessed. Faith is seeing things that are not phenomenal with the eyes of the heart. Faith is the ability to see with the eyes of the heart what cannot be seen with the naked eye.
Henry Ford lost his mother when he was 12 years old. I left school when I was 15. Ford's mother told her children, "You must have the right to enjoy. But the greatest pleasure comes after duty is done.”
Ford pushed like crazy to achieve “the right to have fun,” despite being called crazy. He felt that he had to sacrifice small pleasures to achieve what he wanted. “…Jesus, who had endured the cross for the joy set before, was seated at the right hand of the throne of God” (Hebrews 12:2).
He eventually earned the title of King of Automobiles. The key to his success is unconditional trust in himself. He believed he was right and special. His faith was nurtured puritanically, and he was a lifelong Episcopalian. He said of himself, "I don't want to know that the impossible exists." The bee is unaware of the condition that it cannot fly. so it sucks People seem to know what they can do and know what they can't.
Corporate geniuses all defy conventional knowledge. I have an intuitive vision. People who started small but think big. I was sure of my success, and I had the courage to believe and go forward. There is a passion as hot as a furnace. “Believe, and the world will follow you wherever you go” is Los Perrault's motto. Ferro is an EDS entrepreneur and devout Methodist with 48,000 employees. He is said to have learned two things from his father when he was young. How to tame a horse and the art of negotiating. Through taming horses, I learned that if you don't dominate, you will be ruled. You have learned the importance of negotiating when you meet your enemies. That is to say, I learned the courage to fight and negotiate without confrontation. There is a saying that “eagles do not fly in groups”. They do not follow others, but rather challenge themselves toward a new world.
Faith is great because it makes ordinary people great. “Some people look at what they are and ask why. Another person tries something no one else has ever tried and asks why not.” (George Bernard Shaw) People of faith go to unknown lands. Open wasteland. Not a follower, but a pioneer. We accept new ideas, the thoughts of God. It's not going with the flow, it's going against the flow. May you be the hero of a great life with a belief that confirms the invisible.
In the book “The Resurrection,” the author says: “The future exists first in the imagination, then in the will, and only then becomes reality.” Faith is hope. Faith is the imagination of the future. You need to break free from stereotypes.
Faith guarantees what is hoped for. In order to achieve what I hope for, I must become a person of faith. It is the person of faith who guarantees that what you desire will come true. Let your faith guarantee what you hope for.
Faith confirms the invisible. Faith is seeing the invisible. In front of the tomb of Lazarus, Jesus said, “If you believe, you will see the glory of God” (John 11:40). Martha could see the glory of her brother's resurrection, just as he had said. Believe it and see the glory of God. May you be great with great faith.
