Bible: John 1:1~13

In 1 Kings 3, after Solomon ascended to the throne, he made a thousand sacrifices to God. God accepted the sacrifice and gave Solomon the wisdom he wanted. Solomon's wisdom was so wise that every time he judged, people's mouths were open and clear. So Solomon's wisdom began to be transmitted to the world through people's mouths. Solomon became the most famous wise king in the world at that time to the extent that the queen of the country called Yemen, which is now called Sheba, came to listen to Solomon's wisdom.
Looking at the first acts of Solomon, no one can deny that the true Solomon was a wise king. However, as Solomon grew older, he married many foreign women. These foreign women worshiped idols, and Solomon followed them. The strange thing is that Solomon, who had been so wise, was turned into a fool. He is so foolish that he commits a foolish act of giving the land to the king of Sidon because he owes his 20 lands in the north. Also, when he abdicated from the throne, the unified Israel had to be divided into divided Israel.
If we look at the Bible, when God judges, as we can see in the story of Noah, sin was rampant and water swept away everything in that era. Also, if we look at the book of Genesis, we can see that God judges Sodom and Gomorrah with fire and brimstone because their sins are rampant in Sodom and Gomorrah.
When we think of God's judgment, we think of it as judging by water, judging by fire and brimstone, or judging by earthquakes. However, in Romans 1, the apostle Paul speaks of God's judgment in another way. In Romans 1:24, it says, “God gave them over to the lusts of their hearts…” In verse 26, it says that God gave them shameful lusts, and in verse 28, “They gave their hearts to God.” I did not like to put it in the house, so I left it as it was with a sincere heart.” You can see that letting go is another judgment.
We are celebrating Christmas this Saturday, and Christmas is when God the Father, who made us and made us live on this earth, visits us. God cannot forget us. Christmas is the event in which God came to visit us, sons and daughters in a physical body.
One thing we should always think about is that I am by no means the highest being. There may be as many people above me as there are, but furthermore, we must always acknowledge that God is our Creator, who rules over all things in the universe, and is above us.
Dear saints, please always remember that there is someone who rules over us. God rules us. Please remember that God is above us.
Also, folks, those who do not accept Jesus Christ are not far away. It is not far away, it is among us. it is with me today Please remember that when you have knowledge but have no deeds, you will unknowingly drive Jesus out of you.
As we worship at this time, please remember that we are in a right relationship with Jesus at this time of listening to Jesus and praising Him.
Dear saints, Christmas is about meeting Jesus who has come to me. It is to bring Jesus to me who came to me. However, there is something very important when serving Jesus. Just as we have the five wise virgins in Matthew 25, like Simeon, with a heart of longing, we say, “I must receive grace.” With this in mind, we believe that we should keep Christmas.
I hope you will meet Jesus in worship today. Jesus says: “I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with me.”
Today, Jesus is knocking at the door of our hearts. All you have to do is open the door. “Zacchaeus, come down. I must stay at your house today.” Zacchaeus did not say two. As Jesus said, he quickly came down and opened the door of his house. “Come, Jesus.” Jesus says: “This man is also a descendant of Abraham. Salvation has come to this house.” The moment we received Jesus, a new history began to unfold in Zacchaeus's house.
Dear brothers and sisters, Jesus never came to us and did no harm. Jesus is not the one who burdens us. It was good in the sight of our God, who provided what we needed and restored what we were weak. It is our Jesus who restores us to the image of our God.
I bless you in the name of the Lord that you will become believers who will surely receive this Jesus this Christmas.
