Growing Faith / Ephesians 4:13-16
All living things born on this earth must grow up healthy. Our faith, who has received new life in Jesus Christ, must also grow healthy. The farmer who sowed the seeds is rewarded by watching the crops ripen. As an architect, seeing the building he designed is being built makes his work worthwhile. Women who have given birth are also delighted to see their children growing up. Faith must grow as it is. There are two types of faith. Living faith and dead faith. A living faith is a faith that lives and grows. A dead faith is a faith that does not grow and has no vitality. God regrets that we are stunted, malnourished, or ill.
In order for our faith to grow properly, we must use Jesus Christ as our model of faith.
Our faith must grow to the fullest extent of the maturity of Christ. Our faith must grow in all things to Jesus Christ (verse 15). We need to grow up to be like Jesus Christ and be like Jesus. In order for your faith to mature, you need a model. Jesus Christ is the model of our faith. The living life of Jesus Christ gave birth to Livingston, Schweitzer and Mother Teresa. Jesus is the model of our eternal faith. If we want our faith to grow, we must follow Jesus.
If our faith is to grow, we must not stop. You must not stop living your life of faith. There is nothing more joyful and important than believing and living in Jesus. Because life and death are in faith. Good things should never stop. But the more good things are, the harder it is.
So why is good work hard?
First, good things are difficult to achieve. Bad days are easier. Second, it is also due to personality. We must have a patient character. Third, because of the temptations around you. We can be shaken by the criticism, jealousy, and criticism of those around us. If your heart is shaken by temptation or your surroundings, your faith can be damaged.
For our faith to grow, we must have fellowship with Jesus. It is important to believe in Jesus, but it is also important to have a relationship with Jesus. Your relationship with Jesus should not be neglected. We shouldn't chew on human relationships. It's not about keeping it close to you when you need it and throwing it away when you don't need it. We must love Jesus, not use Him. Therefore, in order for our faith to grow, we must love Jesus. We must have fellowship with Jesus through love.
How do you fellowship with Jesus? You must think of the Lord. Those who love Jesus will naturally think of Jesus. In addition, we will do our best to do the Lord's work.
Also, if we are to grow, we must come to church. You must not leave the church. The church you attend should be the most valuable and loved.
Finally, for our faith to grow, we must draw near to those who love the Lord. In order for my faith to grow, I need to meet someone who loves and is loyal to Jesus.
My beliefs are important. We must look to the Lord and follow Him. When we restore fellowship with the Lord more fervently, we will continue to serve the church until the end, and our faith will grow when we are with people who love and are loyal to the Lord.
