Title: Guaranteed for Tomorrow / Psalm 78:20
Contents
Among our favorite hymns, the 405 hymn is truly a gracious hymn. In verse 3, the lyrics say, 'It is the grace of the Lord that I have bought, and he will lead me to my hometown. it's sung
But the people of Israel (Psalm 78:12) Once upon a time, in the land of Egypt, in the wilderness of Zoan, God did marvelous things in the sight of their ancestors (Psalm 78:13); .... and going out like this, we go to verse 19 (Ps. 78:19) and find that he doubted against God, saying, "Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?" However, in verse 20, he spoke while looking back on the past. (Psalm 78:20) He struck the rock and brought forth water, and streams overflowed; yet can He give bread and prepare meat for the people?
This is really sad. Because the miracles of the past no longer gave anything to God's people. These things did not affect their faith.
You two enjoy the same blessing from God.
A man may be blessed, but his face is not bright for tomorrow. Others say that the God who gave such blessings yesterday will do the same tomorrow.
Here are two. For one, God did it once, but I don't know if he will do it again. Others said he did it once. So I know who he is, and I'm sure he will do it again.
Beloved, always remember that God does not change. God always works in the same way under the same circumstances.
We have God's grace that has brought me this far. Not only can I say, but God's grace will lead me to my hometown.
There are people who say this. In the past, I had a hot relationship with God. Or, you said, “I received God’s grace very much when I was young or a virgin.” Then, does that mean that God has changed in the past, but not now? Who has changed?
(1 John 1:7) As he is in the light, so if we also walk in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all our sins (1 John 1:9) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Beloved, our God is without a changing shadow. God does not change, but because we change and we are polluted with sin, we lose our fellowship with Him.
The God who was with us in the past is the God who is with us in the future to eternity. Therefore, we should pray without fear or anxiety about the future. We believe that God who was with us in the past will be with us now and in the future.
We believe in the words of Jeremiah and pray. (Jeremiah 33:3) Call to me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you do not know. Show me and guide me. And make me a vessel that I can bear, and give glory to God. Please make it happen. Please pray.
I often give such examples. The children said that when their father said he would come to buy his toys in the evening, they not only believed and waited for it, but they were already enjoying it.
When a believer sees what God has to offer on this earth with faith, he should be able to rejoice again. (Romans 12:12) Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be persistent in prayer,
Dear all! We worry a lot about tomorrow. On the other hand, when we think about it, we have a lot of really unbelievable thoughts. Worrying about tomorrow is unbelief if you believe that you are the Lord who guided me from the past.
If I did my best today, we don't have to worry about tomorrow. Because our God knows me better than I do and guides the future in a good way.
(Matthew 6:33) Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Psalm 37:25) From my youth to old age, I never saw the righteous forsaken or their descendants begging for food. (Hebrews 13:5) Do not love money, but be content with what you have, for he himself said, “Surely I will not forsake you, nor will I ever leave you.” (Malachi 3:10) Says the LORD of hosts, you I bring the whole tithe of my tithe into a storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and with it I will open the gates of heaven and pour it out so that there is no room for a blessing. (Psalm 34:7) The angel of the Lord fears the Lord He encamps around them and delivers them.
I spoke to you last time, but I told you to ask God greatly. Beloved, our God's bank never goes bankrupt. It is unthinkable for the Jews to spend 40 years in the wilderness.
(Matthew 6:30) If God cloths the grass of the field that is today and is thrown into the furnace tomorrow, how much more will it be you? (Matthew 6:31) Therefore, be anxious and say, What shall we eat, what shall we drink, what shall we wear? (Matthew 6:32) For all these things the Gentiles seek, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things (Matthew 6:33) Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will add to you
Beloved, I hope that the Lord who guides us this year will also guide the rest of the time. Believe that He will prepare and lead you and me for a beautiful future, and do your best in today's life of faith. Amen
