Title: Hands of Jesus

Bible Text: Revelation 3:20
jesus hand
A dog in a house died. The dog was loved by the whole family, especially his son. The son wanted the dog to be buried in the backyard, but the father said he couldn't bury the dog in the backyard. The house is Jewish, so I called the rabbi and asked him to sort things out in the house. The rabbi was contacted and went to the house and told this story.
There was milk in the house. A poisonous snake went into the milk carton. Poison spreads in the milk carton. No one knew it, only the dog knew. When a family member tries to pour milk, the dog barks. I couldn't figure out why the dog was making a fuss. When he tried to drink the milk again, the dog ran and spilled it. The dog licked the spilled milk and soon collapsed and died. The dog was better than a man.
After hearing the rabbi's story, the family decided to bury the dead dog in the backyard. The hands move according to the judgment of the head. Your hand moves depending on what you think.
Jesus' hands are driven by Jesus' thoughts.
A hand knocking on the door
The doorbell broke and I called the repair shop. I'll be there in 10 minutes, so I asked him to wait a little bit. It didn't come after 30 minutes, so I called again and told him to wait a little bit. It doesn't even come after waiting an hour. After waiting for two or three hours, the owner, angry that he did not come, opened the door and went out, and the repairman was shaking. “Hey, what do you do when you come so late?” As he says, “I arrived four hours ago and no matter how many times I rang the doorbell, it wouldn’t open the door.” A person who came to fix the doorbell was ringing the broken doorbell. I should have knocked.
“Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20).
Jesus comes to the house and knocks on the door. please open the door Then he said that I would go in and eat and drink with him.
A thief disguised as a courier knocks on the door of the house. I opened the door and it was a robber. If you open the door carelessly, you're at a loss.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it abundantly” (John 10:10) Jesus did not come to steal or kill and destroy. I knock on the door to give life. Life makes you grow. make life last. If you bring Jesus in, you will be enriched.
Investor Warren Buffett became the second richest man in the world by using the money he earned from selling newspapers. A survey of American millionaires showed that 50% of them went to college on their own money without paying a penny from their parents. 80% were born into ordinary families and self-made, and 90% had no inheritance.
I'm looking for someone to have lunch with Warren Buffett. Several people applied, but the one who would pay 350,000 dollars (about 350 million won) was selected. It's incredibly expensive for a tuition fee to eat lunch together and listen to a word of investment advice. However, Buffett declared that he would donate all the money to the San Francisco Homeless Foundation.
To be rich, you have to be close to the rich. That's why there is a book called 'Buy lunch for the rich'. Those who hate the rich are less likely to get rich. A person who speaks badly of the rich can be worse than the rich. The inheritance of poverty is worse than the inheritance of wealth. Hating the rich can be a way to inherit poverty.
Jesus came to our poor house. It is the truth of all times, East and West, that it prospers when opened and perishes when it is closed. Open to Jesus and eat and drink with Jesus.
I hope you will attend Jesus and listen to his words as if you were being taught over lunch with Warren Buffett. He comes to bless us and knocks on the door.
The hand that heals the sick
Man makes tools by hand. Handcrafted tools have advanced civilization. Hands are the tools of creation and production that humans possess.
When you open your hand, it becomes an empty hand, and when you clench it, it becomes a fist. Your hands become your fists, and your fists become your strength. We carve by hand, we build by hand. They do surgery by hand, and they give medicine by hand. You can destroy it with your hands, or you can save it with your hands.
A synagogue leader named Jairus came to Jesus and bowed down, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hands on her and she will live.” When Jesus got up and followed the man, people followed him.
There was a woman who had been bleeding for 12 years. He wasted all his fortune to cure the disease. One day the woman heard a rumor about Jesus. As Jesus was on his way to Jairus' house, the woman interrupted him.
‘If I just touch the hem of Jesus’ robe, I will be healed!’ She touches the hem of Jesus’ robe with faith. Instantly, the source of the blood flow was blocked, and I felt better.
Jesus felt the power go out of his body, so who touched my clothes? You asked. The disciples said that because there were many people, they were pushing and reaching. But Jesus said, "No, someone touched me." The woman couldn't hide it, so she confessed that it was her. When Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you,” she was saved immediately (Matthew 9:18-22).
The woman who reached out to Jesus when he was asked to lay her hands on him touched the hem of Jesus' robe and was saved. It is a relief from 12 years of suffering.
When Jesus came to the house of the synagogue leader, the people wept. The house's daughter died. Jesus took the hand of the girl who was said to be dead, and said, “Dalydagum, girl, get up,” and the dead child sat up. The rumor spread widely (Matthew 9:23-26). Jesus raised the dead to life. He took the girl's hand and lifted her up, and the child got up.
Jesus did not come to join this world. He came to heal the sick and to heal sinners. “Those who are healthy have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners” (Matthew 9:12:13) The Lord knocks at the door to heal me. , to heal me, who was a sinner, into a righteous one.
The hand is a symbol of power. The hand of Jesus was the hand of the Almighty. When the Lord touched his hand, the power of God was revealed.
When Peter's mother-in-law was in bed with a fever, Jesus went to the house. He took his hand and raised him up, and the fever went away, and the woman got up and ministered to Jesus (Mark 1:31).
A man with a bad temper went to the hospital. Where did you come from? Should the doctor know or should I tell you? The doctor said so, let's go to the vet. There, without asking, the doctor prescribes it. That's it. It is said that a disease can be cured by boasting.
Expose your wounds. I mean, let the Lord lay His hands on you. You will experience the Lord's hand healing you.
Hands washing feet
Men feel good when they go to the barber shop. Shabby hair is neatly cut and trimmed. The sound of cutting hair with scissors is a strange pleasure. Shave again. Gently shaves a messy beard. The sound of the beard clipping while shaving is refreshing.
I wish I had more time to lie down on the sink and wash my hair. When you leave the barber shop, you feel refreshed as if you are about to fly away. I secretly hope that someone will look after me.
Jesus poured water into a basin and washed the dirty feet of his disciples. Where in the human body is the most disrespectful part? Maybe it's not the feet. Even if you use a towel, the face towel and the foot towel are different. From the point of view of the feet, it is a shameful thing to do.
People hate their feet, but Jesus washed them. There are 206 bones in the human body, but 26 bones in one foot. The total number of bones in both feet is 52. The feet are the foundation of the body. Your feet are carrying your own weight. They have feet so they can stand and walk. When you are tired, wash your feet and massage them to relieve fatigue. When your feet are comfortable, your whole body is comfortable.
God said to Moses, “Take off your shoes from your feet!” And go to Pharaoh! He commanded them to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and lead them to the land of Canaan, a land flowing with milk and honey. The bare feet of Moses were the feet to Pharaoh and the feet to leave Egypt. The place the soles of their feet tread on is the land God has given them.
Jesus washed his feet. Washing your feet has a deep meaning that people do not know. He said to Peter, "If I don't wash your feet, you have no part with me." Bosses are relationships Jesus washed his feet to establish an unbreakable relationship. Life is a give-and-take relationship. My life depends on who I am in a relationship with.
He sent the disciples related to Jesus two by two, gave them the power to control unclean spirits, and whoever entered the house, stayed there. Shake off the dust on your skin and come out (Mark 6:11).
The feet the Lord washes are clean feet. The foot was an action verb. The disciples went where the Lord sent them, preached repentance, cast out demons and healed the sick. The washed feet are the feet that preach the gospel of peace. The feet that God uses are the feet that preach the gospel. Beautiful! O feet of those who bring good news!
Doors, lift up your heads! Hear the eternal gates! The King of Glory will enter! Who is the King of Glory? Yahweh strong and mighty, Yahweh mighty in battle. Who is the King of glory? The LORD of hosts is the King of glory! (Psalm 24:7-10)
He who knocks at the door is the light. That light makes our house a house of light, children of light.
He wants to come and heal you. Please receive him and be healed.
If He came and washed you, you should live as a peacemaker. “The wise will shine like the light of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness will shine with the stars forever” (Daniel 12:3)
