Title: He disciplines you every morning (Job 07:18)
Content Knowing that God is in control of all things from before eternity to eternity and especially we humans are in general, Job protested, but in reality he was giving thanks and supplication.
1. The reason why he disciplines him every morning This is because God put Job in his heart. Job himself was nothing like himself, so he thought it would be good if God didn't even think about it, but he insisted on saying, "What is it like me, that you are so worthy of me, that you set your heart on him, discipline him every morning, and test him every second?" writing and protesting.
This is indeed an expression that it would be better to leave him indifferent than to do this because he is nothing, but in reality, it implies gratitude for caring for him and a request to continue taking care of him.
2. Let's ask him to discipline him every morning.
In fact, life is a fragile being that cannot live a single day in peace in isolation.
It is a weak entity like a fog that does not know what will happen tomorrow (James 4:14).
Therefore, they will have to be looked after by someone.
Does God discipline you every morning and test you every minute? You do not look away from me, nor let me go while you swallow my saliva. Job complained that God was holding on to him and tormenting him. If you don't expect to be disciplined every morning and take care of them for even a minute or two, it means you can't live. It is an appeal to protect even while swallowing saliva. A child cannot survive unless a mother takes care of a newborn, immature child, even while sleeping. Because there are immediate risks involved.
3. In fact, he disciplines you every morning.
The fact that God disciplines us more than in the morning and tests us every minute is proof that He values people very much and makes them precious, and that He always cares for them and cherishes them.
From God's point of view, it's nothing like a speck of dust, but still, it is a color of value that is more precious than the world.
You love me from time to time, and from time to time you give me a new life... An abandoned child is an unfortunate child. Just as a child who grows up with discipline from his parents morning and evening is happy, let us be thankful that we are under God's discipline.
