He will come (Isaiah 35:1-10)
Dear saints, Historical churches observed the four weeks before Christmas as Advent. This season of Advent is a time of preparation for Christmas. It is also a period of taking a step further and renewing preparations for the coming of Christ. Advent is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, who came to Bethlehem in the past, to receive Jesus Christ who is now coming to be Emmanuel, and to prepare to meet the Christ who will come again as the judge of the future. Text Isaiah 35 is a prophecy about the coming of the Messiah through the prophet Isaiah 2600 years ago. Look in verse 4, your God has come. This saying that your God is coming means that the Messiah Christ is coming. This morning, I want to share grace with you under the title of “He will come”.
1. The wilderness is the soil
2. All sickness is cured
3. A highway in the wilderness
There is a highway there in verse 8. The wilderness desert is a place without roads. But it is said that there will be a way. Text Verse 10 The way back to Zion, the way back to Jerusalem. It is said that the way of salvation is opened. This way is Jesus Christ. The only way a sinner can come to God and be saved is through Jesus Christ. This road is holy. An unclean person cannot go. This is the only way for those who have been redeemed and redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. It's a safe road. This is not to say that there are no difficulties in the life of faith. It means that you will surely be saved. This is the way to praise. People in this world live in sorrow and lamentation. But the saints rejoice and rejoice and sing. Because we are saved. Because of the hope of heaven, because of the glory of heaven, the risen Lord is with me now, so there is spiritual joy.
