Title: Healing Thoughts

20:1 The kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house who went out early in the morning to find laborers and bring them into the vineyard.
20:2 He made a promise to the laborers for a denarius a day, bringing them into the vineyard
20:3 And at the third hour, I went out and saw other people standing in the marketplace playing.
20:4 And he said to them, Go ye into the vineyard, and I will give you a fair amount.
20:5 And at the sixth and ninth hours go out again and do likewise.
20:6 At the eleventh hour, he went out and saw other people standing there, saying, Why are you standing here playing all day?
20:7 And he said, No one employs us as laborers.
20:8 At evening the owner of the vineyard said to the steward, "Call the laborers, and give wages to the first, starting with the last."
20:9 Those who came at the eleventh hour came and received a denarius each.
20:10 Those who came first thought that they would come and receive more, but they also received a denarius each.
20:11 After receiving it, he grumbled against the owner of the house, saying,
20:12 These men who came last worked only an hour, and made them like us, who toileted and endured the heat all day long.
20:13 The master answered one of them, saying, Friend, I have done nothing wrong with you. Did you not make a promise with me for a denarius?
20:14 Take what is yours, and go; for it is my will to give to this last one as you.
20:15 Shall I not do my will with what is mine? Do you look evil because I am good?
20:16 In the same way, the last shall be first, and the first shall be last.
