Title: Health in the Bible
Contents
A. Preface
1. Experiments on factors affecting stress and cancer, myocardial infarction, and arteriosclerosis
1) Malignant cancer cells were injected into mice to examine the factors most affecting cancer, myocardial infarction, and arteriosclerosis
2) Malignant cancer cells give ‘striking, stabbing, and severe stimulation’ (that is, if stress is severely increased) → cancer cells increase
3) The number of cancer cells was significantly higher in the rats that were hit, stabbed, and severely stimulated (extremely stressed) than the rats in the normal state.
4) That is, the biggest cause of cancer cell growth is stress
2. The most influential factor in cancer, myocardial infarction, and arteriosclerosis Dr. Bennett's experiment
1) Divide 30 cancer patients into two groups
(1) Group A has a normal life,
(2) Group B is shown fun videos and comedies, and after having them sing games and songs
(3) As a result of analyzing the results, the number of cancer cells in group B patients significantly decreased, and the number of cancer cells in group A patients increased.
B. Body
1. The structure of our body
1) Our body naturally creates and dies every day.
2) Of the cells that are generated every day in our body, 20%, that is, one fifth of cancer cells are generated naturally.
3) However, our body created by God does not become a cancer patient as there are grateful cells that eat cancer cells that occur every day, and there are cells that puncture and destroy cancer cells. The cell name is 'Natural Immune Cell', and medically, it is called NK Cell→Natural Killer Cell.
2. Stress is the factor that disables, dulls, and paralyzes NK Cel (natural killer cells: natural immune cells).
3. In order to maintain health, NK Cel (natural killer cells: natural immune cells) must be activated and stress must be blown away.
4. The heart is a muscle the size of our fist.
1) Pumping pumps blood throughout the body.
2) Blood from the blood vessels, which are pipes that send blood, should spread naturally throughout the body.
3) If the blood in the blood vessels is clogged because it is sticky, waste products accumulate in one place, and if it accumulates more, the blood vessels are blocked, and arteriosclerosis (the phenomenon of hardening of arteries) comes.
(1) If the cerebral blood vessels are blocked and burst in the brain → stroke → paralysis becomes a paralysis.
(2) When the blood of waste products bursts in the blood vessel in the chest → becomes myocardial infarction → the person collapses.
4) You need to let the blood in your blood vessels flow naturally to become healthy.
5. A cause of myocardial infarction and arteriosclerosis by adversely affecting blood vessel flow
1) It is normal for blood to flow smoothly in our blood vessels, but an oil layer forms in the blood vessels to block the flow of blood.
2) If the oil layer blocks some of the blood vessels, wastes continue to accumulate there, and the accumulated dams eventually burst.
3) If the place of explosion is the brain → Stroke (Stroke): Paralysis of hands, feet, part or all of the body
4) If the place where it explodes is the heart→Heart attack: You fall down with ‘bump’.
5) The oil layer that blocks the flow of blood vessels does not occur in a day or two, but gradually develops over 5-10 years, so you lose awareness.
(1) Frog phenomenon: a. If you put a frog in hot water, the frog will pop out. b. If you put a frog in lukewarm water, enjoy it in it, and if you continue to heat it from the bottom, it dies and becomes a frog soup.
(2) Humans too, because the oil layer is gradually formed in the blood vessels, they delay the opportunity to go to the hospital and receive treatment on their own, and they lose their awareness and live. : a. eating chicken skin b. Without exercising once and lazily shouting loudly c. They lose their awareness and live for 5-10 years, and eventually collapse.
6) To prevent the formation of an oily layer in blood vessels, which is the cause of myocardial infarction and arteriosclerosis → Vegetarianism, exercise, peace of mind
(1) Be careful with animal fat.
a. Delicious meat contains a lot of animal cholesterol
b. let's eat bad
(2) Eat a lot of fiber-rich vegetables
a. Vegetables contain a lot of cellulose.
b. The fibrous cellulose component captures oil and excretes it out of the body (feces and urine).
c. When the feces floats on the water, it is evidence that the fibrous cellulose builds up the waste products of our body along with the oil and immediately sends the oil.
(3) Let's help the intestines move smoothly by doing moderate exercise.
6. How to Beat Stress and Cholesterol
First of all, it is recommended that you try the following dietary adjustments.
1) Eat 3 meals a day regularly.
2) Avoid overeating and eat a variety of grains (rice, bread, rice cakes, etc.), fish and meat (fish, meat, etc.), vegetables, milk, and fruits.
3) To prevent complications, you must eat fresh.
4) It is recommended to avoid alcohol as there is a risk of high blood pressure and stroke.
5) Eat plenty of foods high in fiber, such as mixed grains (beans, barley, brown rice), vegetables, and seaweed (seaweed, kelp).
6) Avoid processed foods such as ham, sausage, hot dogs, and semi-cooked foods.
7) If you are overweight, try to control your weight.
8) Regular exercise is essential for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
* Foods that should be restricted
a. Meat fat, intestines, chicken skin, sausage, hot dog, bacon, fish roe (cod roe, roe roe, etc.), squid
b. Plain milk, plain cheese
c. egg yolk
d. Foods cooked with a lot of butter, cream, and fat (such as fried ones)
e. Commercial confectionery, (pies, cake donuts, pastries, croissants, biscuits, cookies)
f. Chocolate, sweets, butter, coconut, palm oil, palm oil, etc.
* Please understand that there is no correlation between meat intake and cholesterol in many cases... Exercise hard. Even monks often have high cholesterol levels....everything....If you understand the Western concept of numerical values, you can live a life of oppression.
*Do not eat meat. Meat (beef, pork) has a lot of cholesterol.
Eat vegetables-oriented food. (Ssam-oriented, vegetables-oriented)
Avoid sweets too.
C. Conclusion: Let's live according to the teachings of the Bible
1. Our food: “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the earth and every tree bearing fruit with seed. So make them your food.” (Genesis 1:29 P.2)
2. Our heart: “Above all, guard your heart. For the source of life flows from the heart.” (Proverbs 4:23 P.914)
* Reasons to drive stress out of the mind. A heart for health that saints should have
1) Structure of stress: (1) greed not to give up (2) anger (hate) (3) sense of inferiority → ignorance of self-worth a. Feeling inferior in appearance (eyes, height, weight) b. A sense of inferiority in academic ability (a feeling of inferiority to high school graduates → When the manager of the management receives his greetings even though he lives in a villa of 60 pyeong and talks truthfully with a woman who looks intelligent and stylish under stress) c. poverty inferiority
(4) Fingerprints are given to me by God as the only existence that does not exist in a single ‘I’ on this earth → ‘Ideal me’ and ‘real me’ exist → If we destroy ‘I’, I have no courage
2) ‘I’ is a precious being created by God and good in his sight
3. To prevent cancer, myocardial infarction, and arteriosclerosis, and to live a healthy life
1) For peace of mind → Let's laugh, even if we make it, let's laugh creatively: Let go of greed, inferiority, and competitive spirit, and pray for peace of mind.
2) In order to drive stress out of the mind → Let's exercise regularly for 20-30 minutes a day.
3) To remove the fat from blood vessels that cause hyperlipidemia and various diseases and to keep healthy → Let's eat a vegetarian diet rich in cellulose.
