Title: Heaven Depends on Your Mind

Isaiah (157) The kingdom of heaven is up to you (Isaiah 65:17-25)

<A Brief Statement on Millennialism>

The saints know the term ‘millennial kingdom’ because they have heard it a lot. However, there is no literal expression of the “millennial kingdom” in the Bible. However, in Revelation 20:6, there is a saying that those who participate in the first resurrection will “reign with Christ for a thousand years.” From that word, the term “millennial kingdom” was coined. After all, the Millennium Kingdom means the kingdom of God that will unfold on this earth with the coming of the Lord (the first or second coming).

What is the difference between premillennialism and postmillennialism that acknowledges the millennium? Postmillennialism is the theory that the Lord will return after the millennium. In order to make the concept clear to the general public, it is good to express postmillennialism as ‘the theory of the Second Coming of the Lord after the millennium’. Premillennialism is the belief that the Lord will return before the millennium. In order to make the concept clear to the general public, it is better to express the pre-millennialism as ‘the theory of the second coming of the Lord before the millennium’. In other words, premillennialism is the theory that the actual millennium will unfold after the Second Coming of the Lord.

Millennialism is a variety of theories that depict the appearance of the Messianic Kingdom based on several passages in the Bible. Therefore, it cannot be argued that any millennium theory is absolutely true. This is because each theory has both 'acceptable points' and 'unacceptable points' with human understanding. However, it is a matter for you to decide what kind of biblical hermeneutics to accept and what color of faith to accept.

It can be said that it is a self-righteous attitude to go too far and condemn the millennialism accepted by others. However, looking at the current global trend, about 80% of believers accept premillennialism, 15% accept amillennialism, and 5% accept postmillennialism. As postmillennialism is gradually losing its persuasive power, in the end, believers who accept premillennialism and amillennialism need to respect each other's positions.

Those who accept the amillennialism will think that the expression of the Messianic kingdom in the text is “a symbolic expression of the heaven of the heart in the church age that will unfold after the first coming of the Lord.” On the other hand, those who accept the premillennialism will think that the expression of the Messianic kingdom in the text is “a realistic expression of the millennium age that will unfold after the Second Coming of the Lord.”

< Characteristics of the Messianic Kingdom >

As I accept the pre-millennialism, I think that the expression in the text is primarily a text that promises the restoration of Israel, and secondly, it is a description of the actual Messianic kingdom that the Lord who will come again will directly rule. Of course, this does not overlook the importance of ‘heaven of the heart’. What are the characteristics of the Messianic kingdom described in the text?

First, we forget our former pain (v. 17). The Messianic Kingdom will be so good that the past will be forgotten. What kind of work happens when we receive grace? Bad memories disappear and only good memories remain. As such, the life of the Messianic Kingdom does not completely erase the memory of life on earth, like the life of amnesia. I will remember all the beautiful and good days I had on this earth, but I will forget all the days that were painful and sad.

Second, joy abounds (verses 18-19). In this verse, the expression ‘rejoice, rejoice’ appears a lot. It portrays the overflowing joy that unfolds in the Messianic Kingdom.

Third, you will live a long time (verse 20). This verse is not meant to indicate the age at which the people of the Messianic Kingdom will live, but rather to indicate that their lifespan will be long.

Fourth, you will reap what you sow (verses 21-23). In a word, these verses express that the Messianic Kingdom will be a just world where you reap what you sow. What is the greatest injustice in the human world? There are many situations in which you do not reap what you sow. But in the Messianic Kingdom, that is not the case. At that time, it will be an extremely righteous world where your hard work will never be in vain.

Fifth, prayers are quickly answered (verse 24). In the Messianic Kingdom, the work of God responding to us before we say what we think and desire with our mouths. However, it describes an intimate fellowship with God that is more than an answer to prayer.

Sixth, it will become a peaceful world (verse 25). The Messianic Kingdom will become an extremely peaceful world where there is no harm, conflict, or exchange of wounds, and there will be no meat eating. will appear.

< Heaven depends on your mind >

Even if the description of the text is a description of the actual heaven (Messianic kingdom) that will unfold on this earth after the Second Coming of the Lord, before that time, the life of heaven before going to heaven through a Lord-centered life or before the kingdom of heaven actually comes to this earth. should live and enjoy. How can we live such a heavenly life in the present? You just need to achieve the heaven of your heart. In fact, heaven is up to you.

If you look at John 14:1, the first thing the Lord said when he preached his will was, “Do not let your hearts be troubled!” In other words, it means to achieve the heaven of the heart. No matter how good you are, if you do not have peace of mind, it will not be heaven. No matter how poor you are, if you have peace of mind, it will be heaven. How do you achieve the heaven of your heart? It cannot be done with human strength and power, but the Holy Spirit must rule the heart. In fact, just believing in Jesus and being able to control anger and hurt to some extent is a great blessing.

There are two types of anger: exposed anger and hidden anger. Some people, when their anger builds up, eat haphazardly, sweep the house diligently, or sleep all day. In fact, more dangerous than such exposed anger is the hidden anger that hurts the soul, mind, and consciousness. Hidden anger causes illness in the weakest part of the body over time.

Stomach cramps, stomach ulcers, choking asthma, stuttering, high blood pressure, stroke, migraine, stroke, arteriosclerosis, blurred vision, colitis, and more are diseases that are manifested or aggravated by hidden anger. Further, hidden anger develops into depression, schizophrenia, schizophrenia, autism, and schizophrenia. In that sense, we do not know how much happiness it is to believe in Jesus and achieve the kingdom of heaven in our hearts.

Of course believers are angry too, but this is temporary. True faith dissolves even hidden anger. After all, all unhappiness comes from not putting the Lord at the center of our hearts. Without the Lord, the road that seemed to exist will disappear, but with the Lord, there will also be a road that seemed to exist. Ultimately, the kingdom of heaven will unfold when you have faith and live with the heart of the Lord. With the Lord's heart, enjoy the life of heaven, and become blessed spirits who make heaven by unfolding the life of heaven wherever you go into your home, church, and workplace.
