Title: Heavenly Blessing
You must believe in Jesus and be blessed.
According to the Bible, everything that humans lived before they believed in Jesus was futile and judged to live under a curse. We should be happy knowing the amazing promise that we can recover everything when we meet God. However, we need to know biblically what we should call a blessing. The Lord has given us the secret to being blessed, but I would like to call it a heavenly blessing for me to name it.
1. A blessed heart to possess heaven
33“Seek ye first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” His kingdom here refers to the kingdom of heaven.
The greatest blessing that Christian believers will have is the blessed heart of possessing heaven.
Heaven (basileiva) is the realm where God reigns.
As believers, their goals and aspects of life have already changed. We live in the world with a church-centered life, but when we live within the rules and beliefs that are not in the laws of the world, we already possess heaven. We will also see the consummation on the day of the Second Coming of the Lord. The kingdom of Shincheonji will come.
If it is the greatest blessing for believers, our Christianity is not a religious culture, but those who have a great deal of content to solve the problem of eternal death and life. They are those who have eternal life.
John 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son will not see eternal life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”
Those who do not possess the kingdom of heaven first cannot properly receive the blessings of the Bible. If the grace of salvation is scarce, we cannot help but doubt even if he is blessed.
Material and worldly things have opportunities in other religions as well, and the Bible shows that the devil can also give material and glorified world glory. When Jesus was tempted, such a scene appears and shows that miracles are possible, so worldly things do not take precedence (Matthew 7:21-).
2 Corinthians 11:14 “It is no wonder that even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.”
The saints' view of heavenly happiness does not change their minds due to the fulfillment of material or environmental factors, but they are happy in the joy of praising the God of salvation they have already met, and that is a blessing.
Our erroneous thinking seems that people in the Old Testament times only pursued material blessings, but this is not the case. There are many people who longed for God's will more than material things, and God was pleased with them.
That was Solomon's prayer. 1 Kings 3:11 "Then God said to him, "You are asking for this, because you do not ask for help for yourself, nor for wealth, nor for the destruction of the life of your enemies, but for the wisdom of hearing and discerning.12 I will do as you say, and I will give you a heart of wisdom and understanding. There was no one like you before, and no one like you will arise after you.”
That was the heart of the prophet of Haba. Habakkuk 3:17-18 “Though the fig tree does not bud, there are no grapes on the vines, there are no olives on the olive trees, there are no plants in the fields, there are no sheep in the pen, and there are no cattle in the stalls. 18 I will rejoice in the LORD; I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.”
Even though the house was in trouble because of Satan's temptation, Job 1:21 said, "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there; the LORD gave and the LORD took away; blessed be the name of the LORD. I say '
2. Living according to God's will is a blessing
33 “Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
What is called the righteousness of God (dikaiosuvnh dikaioshne) refers to the condition that God can accept after all. In the New Testament, believing in Jesus is righteousness, and living by faith in all the teachings and covenants that God directs becomes righteousness.
Specifically, it is righteousness to live a church-centered life. The world will call our way of life religion or religious culture, but the things we live in are not culture.
Sunday holy water, tithe life, or regular worship life are not socially valuable. They are things of almsgiving and service. Although there are common people and other religions, believing in the resurrection of Christianity and waiting for the rewards of the afterlife and the second coming and judgment of the Lord. It's not something the world will recognize.
It is true that in the history of Christianity, we have been blessed with material and spiritual culture. Even unbelievers often live well, but statistically, developed countries are mostly Christian countries, and there are too many blessed Christians.
3. The Blessing of Living Without Concerns
Dr. Yunsun Park's daily life philosophy was verse 34 in the main text.
34 “Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow you will be concerned, for one day of trouble is enough for that day.”
“Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious about tomorrow, and one day of suffering is enough for that day.”
『(NASB) tomorrow will care for itself』
Anxiety here refers not to preparing for the future in anticipation of the future, but to worrying about a bad foreboding.
John 14:1-3 “Do not let your heart be troubled, because you believe in God, believe also in me.2 My Father's house has many mansions, otherwise I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you3. If I prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am, you may be also.”
There is no plan in life without worries. Fundamentally, research and planning cannot be called anxiety, and it is not the spirit of a believer to be anxious with unnecessary worries.
The Bible tells us to be at peace and promises to guide us.
Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
1 Peter 5:7 “Cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for he counsels you.”
During World War II, the number of young people who died in the war was 300,000, but there was a report that more than 1 million American citizens died of heart disease after sending their sons and husbands to the front lines, in fear and anxiety.
33 “Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you as well.”
The secret belief that God values His people just as He raises wild grass and birds and knows everything they need. You must know the secret of
At some point, people have come to have a truly dualistic religious idea that they can get as much as they pray about material things and various cultures rather than that it will be good if they fear God.
If so, how would you interpret Solomon's blessing for adding to the things of the world that he had not asked for, or how Abraham, who followed the word, became rich?
Therefore, we still need to know that the blessings of our Christianity are more important than the sincerity to ask for material things in our hope for the kingdom of God.
When the Puritans and Puritans went from England to America, they didn't leave for material blessings, they just left to live according to God's will after being persecuted.
By any means, to become a saint who rejoices in the grace of possessing the kingdom of God, you must know how to receive more precious blessings than economic and environmental abundance. If you live hard and honest inside, you must believe that God's grace will exist.
Also, the greatest grace in the world is to find peace in our hearts, and God has promised that God will help us to live with peace in our hearts. I pray that you and I will become people of this biblical heavenly blessing, living in God's grace without being stressed by worldly environmental factors, and living proudly and with peace as a blessing.
