Bible Reading: Hebrews 2:1-18/Title: Confirmation of Salvation
The salvation and gospel we have received are so precious and precious. Even so, if you neglect this salvation and live indifferently, you will not be a person who has realized the value of the Ministry of Salvation. They disobeyed the words of the angels,
How much more will you be rewarded if you neglect the words of this Gospel?
What will be the reward if this assurance of salvation is neglected? The assurance of this salvation is
1. The Affirmation of Jesus. Jesus opened his mouth to teach and said, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
He who believes, believes in him who sent me.” This salvation was confirmed by Jesus Himself through His Word.
We believe without a doubt that their evidence is true.
3. Confirmation of signs, knights, and abilities. God's miracles, words, and power for salvation have been gathered from the time of creation.
In particular, he culminated in the virgin birth of Christ, his work, and his cross and resurrection. the resurrection event
The Bible says that it is an event that reaffirms that Jesus is the Son of God (Romans 1:4).
4. Confirmed by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit corroborates Jesus and lives in remembrance of what he said,
By accepting Jesus as my Savior, we can believe and confess. Without the work of the Holy Spirit, we cannot believe.
As we meditate on the life on Jesus Christ, we see in Him the dual aspect of dealing with the human Jesus.
We find unity and harmony in our love for God and for mankind.
Because of the Lord's love like this, mankind can have hope in the depths of despair.
5. Suffering of death for the sake of mankind. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us all.
He suffered death. Any events that we can express in terms of love are to the Lord.
Whatever event we can express in terms of love, the love of the cross that the Lord gathered for us
In the face of it, it is tarnished. Christ, as the person of God, bore all our sins.
6. He sanctified the saints and called them brethren. Our believers who believe in the Lord have been sanctified by the grace of the Lord.
Of course, they were called brothers. There is only one way for man to be sanctified, namely Jesus Christ.
Without being holy, no one can come to God or participate in God's promises.
Jesus is the only way to cast off the garments of sin and achieve holiness.
7. Those through Jesus are children of God. To become a child of a holy God is that man under sin
It is obviously the most amazing event, but if the Lord or Jesus is the main character of this amazing event.
Considering that children are heirs who will inherit, whether or not you believe in Jesus will determine the success or failure of your life.
It is said to be the greatest view to build.
8. Commitment and Prayer
1) Give thanks for the grace of salvation and give us victory through faith!
2) For the family and mission of church officers
