Text: 1 John 4:1-6
The representative heresies that the Bible speaks of are ① that there is no God, ② that Jesus is not the Son of God, and ③ that those who deny that Jesus came in the flesh. In addition, there are those who claim to be the Second Coming Jesus, and those who deceive people by talking about the date and time of the Second Coming.
Heretical ideology refers to an erroneous ideology in the Bible, and it is the ideology of the devil.
In James 4:8, it is said, “Oppose the devil, and he will flee.” We must reject and avoid false ideas. Also in John 13:2, “The devil had already put in Judas Iscariot’s heart a desire to sell Jesus.” He betrayed Jesus and left a grievous death in his heart. All these wrong thoughts and ideas come from the devil.
In a democracy, there can be various ideas and arguments. However, it is only when there is a country that my arguments, peace, human rights, and diverse opinions can be reflected. An article titled “Is North Korea our country?” was published in the column of the weekly magazine “Future Korea” published by Christians (Jan. 19, 2003). In summary, North Korea is a group made up of the Kim Il-sung unique ideology system, and it is a society in stark contrast to South Korea, which pursues human dignity and freedom and human rights. The nuclear weapons and biological and chemical weapons that North Korea possesses are directed toward South Korea, and they are anti-state groups and enemies to South Korea who ignore the hungry North Korean defectors wandering the Chinese soil, but purchase tunneling machines and Russian state-of-the-art fighter jets. Therefore, the forces that sympathize with the North Korean communists of Kim Jong-il are clearly communists, people with the idea of the devil, and a group that goes against the truth of Jesus Christ.
The generation after 386 succeeded in raising the banner of reform. However, the attempt to change in harmony with the older generation was unsuccessful.
We appeal to the members of the Shepherd Church and our nation.
