Title: The Christian's Choice and Blessing
Contents:
God did not lead us unilaterally like the machines or robots in our lives, but made us choose the right path for life so that we can walk the path of blessing. A moment's choice determines the rest of your life. The text opens the way of blessing that Moses' parents' choice of faith leads to the blessing of saving and building Israel, and the blessing that affects even Moses' beautiful choice of faith.
It is true that the right choice always seems harder and harder than the wrong one. What believers need to know is that God is also a God of choice. God, who is always faithful, chooses the right, not the easy. Therefore, we too must always make the right choice within God's will, and for this purpose, we must always live under the illumination of the Holy Spirit and meditate on the Word.
1. The selection of the ancestors of all faiths
All Scripture has always been representative, historical and forward-looking.
Abraham's Choice God asked Abraham to make a choice. Are you God/Idol? Chaldean Ur/Canaan? Ancestor's legacy/God's promise? In the end, Abraham responded to God's call by faith at the age of 75, abandoned Ur of the Chaldeans, chose God's promised land, walked with God for 100 years, and walked the path of the father of faith.
Moses' Choice Will you serve God? Will you serve the king? God comes to Moses, who is 80 years old, and asks him to make another choice. Will you live comfortably as a shepherd feeding Jethro's flock in Gwangyang, Midian? Will you save Israel, God's flock, and stand as Israel's shepherd in the Exodus?
Today, at this hour, God is asking us to make a choice. Will you live for the body, earning from your life day by day, and then decay and disappear? Will you live a life of sacrifice and devotion that shines like a star in the kingdom of God?
Choices of Hebrew Midwives Sipphrah and Buah Joshua demands a firm choice from faded Israel. Abraham chose Canaan, and Lot chose Sodom and Gomorrah.
2. The criteria for selection are always the same. (G.B.C)
God-centered, Bible-centered, and church-centered We are the people and children of God's kingdom. We are biblical lives. We are Church Men who live centered on the church. We are people of Christ, chosen by God the Creator. The choices of those who do not realize are always worldly, but we are people who live by the grace of God.
