As a result, over the past three months, a hundred thousand dollars has been returned to more than one hundred thousand dollars, and thousands of people have been provided with clothing, food and restored relationships with God. Many people were weeping as they confessed that this heavenly project had completely changed their perspective on life. Moreover, it has had a tremendous impact on the community. The kingdom of God is the power of God that we can taste not only in that heaven where we die, but also in the earth we live in right now.
In today's verse, the word talent appears to describe the kingdom of God. This is a unit of money, and one talent is about 150 million won in today's value. Five talents is about nine billion won. Two talents is equivalent to three hundred million won. That's huge money. However, this word has been used interchangeably in English to mean 'talent'. Moreover, when it comes to Korea, it also means people who act in TV dramas. Anyway, everything God has given us is included in this talent.
God has given us everything, including life. This includes all of our talents and materials, our families, and our backgrounds. All of these are our talents from God. As stewards, we entrusted God's things. That's why we need to be stewards rather than masters when using all of this.
A steward who is entrusted with the master's, who symbolizes God, must do his best to manage it faithfully. Only then will we experience the power of God. According to today's verse, the first steward went right out and started trading. Until now, managing money under the direction of the owner, now managing it independently is quite an adventure in itself. However, the servant who was in charge of the five and two talents did his best and worked hard, leaving five and two talents respectively. This is a huge business.
How long does it take for those who get paid to double their salaries? Wouldn't it take 7-8 years? Also, how much time and effort do business owners have to put in to double their profits? Today's Bible doesn't say specifically over what time period the fortunes doubled, but it does mean a terrific result.
The important thing here is that the master gave the two servants the same praise. "Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful over little things; I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master." Just because they left a lot in quantitative terms, doesn't mean they gave me more praise. He is a God who looks at what results he has brought about for what he has received.
However, what is important is the law that God gives more to those who have it. In the last part of today's sermon, those who had ten talents received one more. The one talent returned to the master without bearing any fruit was taken and given to him. Judging from this, the master did not receive the ten talents. We can see that we give it to God, but instead of taking it all, He leaves it for us as it is. Anyway, you already have ten talents, but you give one more talent to that person, and he is saying that this is a natural law of God. It is God's law to give more to those who have.

It is said that the one who received the five talents left five talents. The appearance of leaving the boat signifies the grace of God. God wants to give you double the grace in every aspect of your life. I earnestly pray that this will be the year of making a life of stewardship that we receive and give back to God.
