==============================
I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. In the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, from faith to faith, just as it is written, The righteous will live by faith.
While a person is born and lives in this world, some live very efficiently while others live inefficiently. If you follow the principles, principles, and principles of human life, you can live efficiently without wasting time. A few days ago, the founder of global fastfood McDonald's passed away. This man started a small hamburger shop in Severnard, CA in the late 1940's. His business quickly spread throughout the United States and developed worldwide. McDonald's Hamburger has opened more than 20,000 stores in 112 countries over the past 50 years. A small fastfood restaurant has become a global company through efficient business management.
The recent economic woes in Korea have resulted in inefficiency in economic management, which put pressure on foreign countries and forced the organization to be adjusted. So is the church. Recently, there has been an organizational adjustment in the church, and we are studying how to do missions efficiently. Our church is taking the lead in coordinating this organization. So is life. How to live my life efficiently is an important issue. The basic principle of living an efficient life is to live a life of faith. When he knows the principles and truths of life and moves forward in search of the object of loyalty, he will lead an efficient life, a life of respect, and a life of praise. Today's Bible text is the most important gospel content at the time of the Reformation. Seeing that the Reformers lost the essential gospel core due to the non-essential, artificial, and institutional things of the church at that time, they took hold of this word and started a religious revolution. Today, I would like to share grace by relying on the words of this text on how to become an effective Christian. 1. Christians who live by the power of salvation
“I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God that brings salvation to those who believe.”
Those who believe in the power of God and live by faith can live as effective Christians. Humans are beings in need of salvation. As our economy becomes inefficient, we are being helped by bailouts. As a result, our country's economy is recovering. Likewise, life is asking for salvation in the problems of sin, anxiety, and death.
The Greek word for salvation is
(Soteria) has several meanings.
The reason we read the book of Exodus and receive grace is because it has the symbolic meaning of salvation, that is, the image of liberation from slavery in Egypt to the land of Canaan after being saved. Last week, I went to the hospital. There, I saw many patients coming and going to the operating room and emergency room to be rescued from illness. The reason there are many universities in Korea is to be saved from ignorance. Beautiful friendships and families are what we are to be saved from loneliness.
The words, “Daughter, your faith has saved you” refers to salvation from bodily diseases. Jesus' disciples being saved from the storm means being saved from danger. It is human beings who need to be saved from this rebellious generation that is under the influence of sin. Jesus came here to find and save those who are lost and wandering. Mankind has sinned and is destined to be the subject of judgment, but Jesus Christ died on our behalf by shed blood for us. When we believe in Jesus, we are saved. Because of Jesus, we are delivered from the wrath of God. There is an eschatological salvation that saves us when the eternal end of the world comes. Christianity is the salvation of all things through the blood of Jesus Christ.
No other religion is called the religion of salvation. There are moral and ethical religions, but there is no religion other than Christianity for salvation. In other religions, those who have realized the truth make it known to others, and not shed blood for salvation like Jesus Christ. Jesus said that I am the way, the truth, and the life; there is no salvation except through me. Living life with the power of knowledge, the power of power, and the power of money cannot be essential. Those who believe in the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ become the power of salvation. This is an important truth of salvation. Many saints prayed and cried at the prayer meeting at Mount Horeb. And I was healed and received answers. I am receiving reports from the coffin on the answers to many such prayers. This is a symbolic lesson that you will receive eternal salvation just as your problems were saved in reality.
"The righteous will live by faith"
is to live a realistic life of salvation as the Word says, and to become an efficient Christian life that allows us to experience God's work of salvation in the afterlife.
2. Christians living by faith from beginning to end
“In the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, from faith to faith, as it is written, The righteous will live by faith” (Romans 1:17). It is written that it begins with faith and ends with faith. A Christian who lives by faith in every part of his work.
We cannot live for a moment without faith. Flying on an airplane, eating at a restaurant, or drinking coffee are all possible because of faith. During the Joseon Dynasty, food was prepared at a certain banquet restaurant, but the sikhye lacked sweetness. I went to the pharmacy and bought saccharin to make it sweeter. But it is said that it was cyanide, not saccharin. Without knowing that fact, Sikhye was prepared again and served to the guests. The guests who ate the sikhye died soon after screaming that they had a stomach ache. The wedding hall had become a funeral hall where 37 bodies were rolled over. Like this, even if you go to someone else's house and try to drink sikhye, you must have faith. This is a belief for survival.
According to some books, Russian writer Dostoevskii liked to play. While he gambled, he went down to the bottom of his life. I became a hopeless person. Meanwhile, he found a way to live again and his life was changed by discovering Jesus Christ. He read the New Testament 27 times and put his famous works on display. When he had faith and had faith, he was transformed into a new creature of God. This is by faith, not by works or merits. Gaining merit or deeds is like trying to break through a hard iron gate with your own shoulder strength. The iron gate cannot be broken by the force of the shoulder. The way to open the door is to open the lock with a small key. This is the key to faith and grace. When you open the door with the key of Jesus' precious blood, the door of salvation and grace opens wide. 3. A Christian living in a right relationship with God
Relationships are the most important thing in a person's life. It is impossible to live apart from relationships such as the relationship of love, the relationship of faith, and the relationship of life. The reason we fail is that relationships break down. When you believe in Jesus, your relationship with God becomes right. It is a righteous relationship, and this is called justification by faith. The most basic is a right relationship with God through Jesus Christ. At that time, all relationships will be corrected.
I turned on the TV for a while and saw something amazing. TV shows two girls, about the third grade of middle school, where one girl hits and kicks another girl with an umbrella. It was a form of school violence that could not be seen with eyes open. In the third year of middle school, I should have dreamed of the future and lived a beautiful life, but I couldn't. Because of the problem of school violence, young students jump into the subway, drink poison, and commit suicide. What the hell is this world like? Shouldn't we be saved? You cannot be saved by law. We need to establish a right relationship with God and find the right order in everything. It must be changed from the heart. Who will correct this relationship? We believe that when the order of salvation is properly established through Jesus Christ and broken relationships are restored, the work of salvation through which we are born in a right relationship with God will be accomplished.
The world we live in today cannot survive without electricity. TVs, computers, children's game consoles, and many other things are powered by electricity. Young children handle electric machines better than adults. I do not know the principle of dealing with electricity, but when I know the relationship with electricity from my experience with electricity and press the code correctly, everything returns to normal. will be This is the life of a believer who is saved through faith.
If you look at the words, “The righteous shall live by faith” (Habakkuk 2:4), the present tense is used. When a person who has been saved lives right today and establishes a right relationship with God, he or she will walk the right path and be saved forever. This is an eternal promise.
Will you live an efficient life? Will you lead an inefficient life? We pray in the name of the Lord that we have already been saved as Christians, have a right relationship with God by faith, and live an efficient Christian life in the power of the Gospel.
