Glorious Church①
(Ephesians 1:23, 5:24-27)
1. The nature of the church
In the Old Testament, many prophets describe the relationship between God and Israel as a couple. Jesus also explained the relationship with the church as the relationship between the bride and groom and also the relationship between the head and the body. The relationship between husband and wife, head and body is an eternal relationship that cannot be separated only by separation.(...) Today's text speaks of the church as the bride of Christ. Paul explains the mystery of marriage as the relationship between the church and Christ. The Bible speaks spiritually of God's revelation. Eve symbolizes the church (Ephesians 5), and Adam symbolizes Christ. The purpose of creating the church is to make the church the wife of Christ.(...) God not only wanted Christ to rule the world, but He also wanted the church to work with Christ(. ..) The Church is another facet of Christ (...)
2. The church is the body of Christ.
These words reveal the foundation of the church. Only that which comes from Christ is the church, and anything that proceeds from man is not the church. What God values is the source of things, not their good or bad. People question whether it is good or bad, but God asks where it came from. Just as Hawaii came from Adam, the church is from Christ. do you have love People ask that, but God asks where did that love come from.(...) The church came from the body of Christ.(...) What do we do when we come to church? We worship.(...) Educate and educate.(...) Evangelize.(...) Serve. (...)
3. The church must be united.
The church is the body of Christ. We are retarded. When a member leaves the body, the body becomes crippled (...) Since we are members of the body, we must establish fellowship (koinonia). We who are saved are children of God. God is glorified only when children are united.(...) When you come to church, register and join with many members with joy. Enter into fellowship with the Lord.(...) Amen
