Title The Great Love of God (2014.1.12)

Date: 2014.1.12

Word: John 3:16

Title: The Great Love of God

God showed how much God loves the world by preparing a great and wonderful gift for this world where sin is rampant.

Who is the object of God's love? (God so loved the world) The Greek word for 'world', 'cosmos', refers to all mankind, including Jews and Gentiles. He is always watching with interest. It can be said that love is the very nature of God, and God's love for mankind reached its climax through the suffering of Jesus Christ on the cross. God sent Jesus to this earth only for a certain class. Not for the sake of all mankind.

What is the greatest gift God has given you? (He gave his only begotten Son) As the only Son of Almighty God, who existed as the Holy Word from the beginning, not only was all things created through him, but without him nothing was created. God is the Son of God. He gave Jesus to be crucified for our sins.

What are the conditions for salvation? (For everyone who believes in him) God's providence of redemption consists in believing in the only begotten Son he sent. Only Jesus has life, and there is no other man under the world who can be saved.

The purpose of our salvation (so that we may not perish but have eternal life) Jesus came to this earth for a clear purpose. For the poor people who have no choice but to die because of their sins, He came and died as a substitute for sinners to gain salvation Eternal life is knowing the only true God through Jesus Christ, the messenger of God sent to man. Eternal life is the only true way to the Father, and fellowship with God through Christ, the living way.

The purpose of giving us eternal life What is man's primary purpose? Man's primary purpose is to glorify God and enjoy him forever. (1 Corinthians 10:31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, Do it all for the glory of God.)
