Title The Just Lord (Ezekiel 18:19-32)
Content 1. People always complain and live, saying that the world is not fair, and have skepticism about their own lives, and they are pessimistic about why the world is made this way. It is not only the poor who are so pessimistic about the world, but everyone has their own grievances. Even among believers, there are complaints like this. I believe in God well... Why is this happening? This is because we live without realizing our inner injustice or its relevance. God is fair. God says, 'Why does God make us fall by creating the tree of good and evil? Does God judge even all the poor people? Even if we repent and turn around, God doesn't help us.' But this is our proud attitude and the false belief that judges God. it is attitude Sometimes we unconsciously try to rise to the top of God. Satan, the height of pride, did not really exalt his throne and create a place to compare with God (Isaiah 14:12-15). In the end, it was the bottom of Hades. We will try to grasp the truth of God who is fair through the four-letter words.
4. In addition, we recognize the principle of gae and cheonseon (改過遷善). This old saying goes that a man named Juche (周處) in the Qin dynasty lived a wicked life and tormented people. But when he grew up, he changed his mind and decided to become a new person, but people did not believe him. Then he left the village and devoted himself to his studies for 10 years, and it was said that he became a famous university student. This very meaning means a life that looks back on the past. We read two important themes in the story of the returning prodigal son in Luke 15. A repentant son and a waiting father. The father is a merciful man. He is the One who gives the right to be a son again to a son who turns himself. We read this mercy of God in the writings of the prophet Joel. He gives grace and kindness to those who return from mourning, and he turns his heart and blesses him. (Joel 2:12-14) Can we say that God who gives such grace of love is unfair?
