You don't know how grateful and happy you are to be alive. It would be the greatest of all blessings to receive eternal life and enjoy eternal life.
The dead in the world, but alive to the gospel, Paul!
Although Paul was unresponsive to the world, he responded to the gospel even in his sleep. The dead can do nothing on their own.
The gospel is working without ceasing.
Paul who lived by three things.
A person who lives by the Spirit.
Those who are led by the Holy Spirit are those who are bound by the Holy Spirit.
In Acts 16:9, when the Holy Spirit tells them to go to Macedonia and help them, we can see Paul obeying without hesitation and leaving. Also, in 20:22~23, when Paul's heart is bound by the Holy Spirit and goes up to Jerusalem, even if he waits for bondage and death, Paul does not value his life and goes up to Jerusalem.
He is a man who lives by the evangelism.
I lived by the gospel anytime, anywhere. Paul's appearance can be seen in Romans 14:8.
If we live, we live for the Lord; if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.
A person who lives in hardship.
Paul's life after Damascus was suffering itself. Suffering was like a tail and continued to martyrdom throughout Paul's life. Paul speaks of suffering:
[1 Peter 2:19-20] It is beautiful if we endure hardship and endure sorrow in the mind of God, but what praise is it if we endure the beatings for sin? beautiful before God
The easiest of these is great, but the Apostle Paul lived by these three things.
Because Jesus, the subject of the gospel, lives.
The God we believe in is not a dead God, but a living God. We believe not only in Jesus who died on the cross and was buried in a tomb, but also in Jesus who was resurrected. Even now, the Lord is the “living Lord” with the saints along with the gospel.
