Title The Name Immanuel (Matthew 1:18-25)
There are many prophecies in the Old Testament about the birth of Jesus Christ as the Messiah.
(Isaiah 7:14) Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: behold, a virgin is with child
shall give birth to a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
(Isaiah 9:6) For to us a child is born, and to us a son is given,
On his shoulders were the rulers, whose names are Wonderful, Counselor, Almighty God.
Eternal Father, the Prince of Peace
(Isaiah 53:4) Indeed, he hath borne our afflictions, and bore our sorrows;
He was chastised, struck by God, and afflicted.
(Isaiah 53:5) He was pierced for our transgressions, and he was bruised for our iniquities.
By his chastisement we find peace; by his wounds we are

The Messiah prophesied in the Old Testament is the one who will be with us.
He is the Prince of Peace, who has put government on his shoulders.
He bore our sorrows and sorrows, took up the cross of suffering, and forgave our sins and transgressions,

Jesus Christ, who came to fulfill these promises and prophecies, is the son of Abraham and David.

Today, at this point in time when we welcome Jesus Christ as the Messiah, the birth of Jesus Christ

1. Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit.
Since all have sinned, they cannot attain the glory of God. Death is the wages of sin.
A life sentenced to death cannot forgive the sins and transgressions of life.
Therefore, it is only God who can solve the problem of salvation in our lives, and God

2. Jesus Christ is the one who will save us from our sins.

Believing in Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life without perishing.

(Matthew 1:21) You will give birth to a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.
He is the one who saves.
In this way, Jesus came to us, forgave us our sins and transgressions, and gave us salvation and eternal life.

The coming of Jesus Christ brings the forgiveness of sins and the grace of healing.

3. Jesus Christ is with us.
Jesus Christ is with us today and provides for our needs.
