Title The road to making possibilities a reality
Isaiah (132) The way to turn the possibility into reality (Isaiah 54:1-3)
1. Lengthen the line
The saints should have two long lines. One is a ‘line of prayer’ that reaches God, and the other is a ‘line of love’ that reaches people. First, do not let go of the prayer line. If you pray, you will surely believe that God is your Father, so there is no despair for those who pray. Sometimes God's love comes disguised as suffering. So, even if you pray, the business will go downhill and the situation may get worse, but if you keep praying, God will work together for good. God gives “the best thing” rather than “my good thing”.
Spread the line of love for your neighbor along with the line of prayer. Bless everyone you meet. What you share does not end with what you share, it will surely come back as a great blessing someday. You reap what you sow. The saying that you reap what you sow may sound like a curse to some people, but it will sound like a blessing to others. Now, do your best to give, share, and give more so that the word of reaping what you sow is heard as a voice of blessing.
2. Firm the stakes
In particular, in the text, “Strengthen the stakes!” means to make a decision to live according to the Word. Success in life does not depend on money and knowledge, but on determination and humanity. What is the biggest weakness of people today? Stake, that is, perseverance is weak. Why are you so weak? This is usually due to a lack of sense of duty. The sense of mission is to live with this confession. “God has a will and sent me here! God put me in a situation like this!”
If you have a sense of duty, there is also meaning in your work. The household work performed by a housewife is a very important mission. That's why it's called 'living' because it's called 'working to save lives'. In a difficult situation like now, if you do not have a sense of duty, it is not easy to live with courage in the dark world. At times like this, I sometimes think, “What is the use of my little strength?” However, no matter how small a task you do with a sense of mission, God will surely make it bear fruit someday.
3. Get to know God deeply
Everyone has the pain and sorrow of the past. Forget the past. Just look ahead and run. What is already over is over. What matters is the future. We can live much better than today. Do not give up even in the present trials, and trust God in the midst of trials to turn them into blessings and glory. Don't give up even if it's difficult, keep preparing and try. We may be weak, but God is strong. We are hopeless, but God is hopeful.
The harder it is, the more you love God. You should always love God, but when trials and pains come, love God more, listen to the Word more, pray more, and give thanks more. Then you will come to know God more deeply. If you pray normally, you will receive grace, but if you pray during extreme trials, you will receive infinite blessings and explosive power. Great blessings are usually received in difficult times. Therefore, do well in general, but do better when trials come.
If you winnow, all the chaff and grains will rise. At that time, the chaff rises and falls a little, but the grain rises and falls. Then the grain will think. "master! So far, I have lived my life as my master said with all my heart, so why do I make the chaff rise and fall a little bit, and I make it rise and fall this high?” Because they do not know the owner's intentions, such resentment arises for a while, but as the grain rises high and falls, it gets closer to the owner. Conversely, when chaff is winnowed, it travels farther along with the dust. In the end, only grains remain.
When trials come, draw closer to the Lord and love the church more. That's when you will meet the Lord more deeply. There is always hope when we meet the Lord deeply. There is very little to believe in the world. There are not one or two people who believed in the fortress navigation and fell into disrepair. There is only one person you can trust, God. Be blessed souls who make the possibility of blessing a real reality by always relying on God alone.
