Well done, good and faithful servant, since you have been faithful over little things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master (Matthew 25:21).
Many things in our lives are faithful or reliable. Just as the sun rises every morning and sets in the evening, and the sea water comes and goes every day, natural phenomena demonstrate one of the greatest abilities in the world: reliability. When trust in the natural world is lost, all other abilities are meaningless, and it is impossible to live a life to the fullest extent possible.
Faith turns ordinary people into amazing people, and ordinary people into great achievers. Among the synonyms of ‘reliability’ is the word ‘loyalty’. Solomon said in Proverbs 20:6, "Many boast, every man of his kindness; who can find a faithful man?"
If you want to be loyal and trustworthy, you must put all your effort into everything you do, all the time, all the time. Studies have reported assuming that what will happen when people do not work faithfully at 0.1%. The result was social disorder and chaos. In just one example, “12 newborns will be delivered to people other than their parents every day.”
1. Be faithful to what God has given you
God has given us everything, expecting us to be loyal. That is why it is said, “What shall be sought of those entrusted with it is fidelity” (1 Corinthians 4:2). We must faithfully use our God-given abilities for the greatest good in all areas of our lives.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 says, “Whatever your hand finds work, do it with all your might.” These words are good advice regarding your attitude to work. Whatever you do, do your best.

2. Those who are faithful in small things are also faithful in big things.
Too many people today evaluate themselves as not fit for the little things, but for the big things. As Longfellow said, “Most people will succeed in the little things, unless they suffer from big ambitions.”
People say, “If I had a million dollars, I could do many things for other people and for God.” But frankly, I see a lot of people who have that much money, can't live up to their wishes, and live as if they had only a hundred dollars.
Loyalty can turn the most trivial into the most important. A thousand years are made up of hundreds of years, a hundred years are made up of decades, a decade is made up of years, and a year is made up of months. A month is made up of weeks, a week is made up of days, a day is made up of hours, an hour is made up of minutes, and minutes are made up of seconds. A thousand years cannot be achieved without the accumulation of small seconds and seconds.
3. Loyalty is power.
Aaron Feuerstein ran a textile company, and while celebrating his 70th birthday, the factory was on fire, so Ora received an urgent call and went to the factory.
